My suggestion is do a wide verity of stretches before hand it helps alot also start with light hamstring exercises be4 the main run so its all warmed up and ready to be pushed extremely hard

What I'm confused at is why are y'all so quick to assume that this man doesn't stretch? It's not like stretching turns your muscles into carbon fiber for a couple hours afterwards.
Bro you need to stretch I see them quads and I know you must squat and deadlift... Pls stretch. Perhaps you already do regardless I hope you recover quick.
