bro be careful, please i injured my hamstring last year it's not fun try not to spend much time sitting on chairs as that reduces blood flow

My suggestion is do a wide verity of stretches before hand it helps alot also start with light hamstring exercises be4 the main run so its all warmed up and ready to be pushed extremely hard

Stretch take time to go full speed 😂walk for a bit jog for a bit then you can sprint. Body will appreciate it
