In this video we cooked Anda Masala Curry. This Recipe is very special to me because I remember when I was a kid , once my grandma cooked egg curry. I was very curious about cooking and I always tried to observe her cooking because she was very creative cook to develop excellent flavours in village kitchen even so many ingredients were not available in the village at that time but her cooking techniques and her style always gave best results. She used very simple spices and easly available local ingredients in the village to prepare the curry. I remember that it was a rainy day and she picked up some green guava and boiled them with eggs and grinded fine on a stone grinder. She added the guava paste into the gravy to make it thick. She served the egg masala curry with chapati bread . I still remember That was extremely delicious egg masala curry with very unque flavour. My mouth is still watering while writing this description and all that childhood picture is moving in my mind.
I can still smell that flavour. I am traveling in that era because that unique flavour is stamped in my memory and I can't forget ever. So today we try to relive that moment and flavour.
