You are so nice that you are promoting other channels too, this shows you helpful nature. The bun Kabab receipe unda burger is so good and will be very helpful for so many people. I want to know if the shamis can be stored in the deep freezer and for how long will it remain good to eat. An idea, shami can be made in a chapatti roll form I am sure it will be delicious to eat while on the go.

Other Pakistani You-Tubers silently record a video of vendors assembling the product with zero information, not of much use. My heartfelt gratitude to this channel for generously detailing the actual ingredients and process. I am originally from Bangladesh and have been living in the United States for four decades and wish we could eat such street-food Bun Kabab (my ultimate comfort food), and now thanks to this gentleman, I can share this video with my wife who can now make this in our home.
