Hi. I don't have any details on costs I can share as it's probably best to research within the resort website/travel companies. No nightclub dancing at Andaz and no adults only section there. I recall the Fairmont having any adults only pool, but you'd need to stay at that resort to access that pool. A fair number of people walked on the routes we biked. Remember you can also ride as guests in golf carts to and from all locations - they're very available. The boats aren't really meant for transportation at Andaz that was just a fun, side event. In March I didn't notice any insect/mosquito issues but the minimum you would expect. And I'm pretty sensitive to mosquitoes.
I should make clear that the walk from the Andaz lagoon area to the beachfront is a pretty long one. It's not something you would want to do multiple times a day unless you're looking to get your steps in. And you're afraid of golf carts and/or bicycles.
