So good to see Anderson playing drums at the Superbowl. His smile is so infectious and bright as the sun. So glad he's getting more exposure to his music.
I CANNOT stop listening to this song!!! Coming from a Lady born in 1973 who has an extremely discriminate taste in music. Thanks Anderson Paak and Kendrick Lamar!!!!!!!!!
I know exactly where u're coming from my man! This song just puts me in a mellow dramatic zone, as well as a mood! If there is such an emotional state of mind; ya feel'n me?! SMH
THIS SO COLD!!!!!!! Maybe no one will read this But in case you do Can You Put A "Thumbs Up "So Others Can See. I Just started rapping seriously Type in ( Lunden Ivory - Golden Freestyle) just a simple button can help my dream come true.... people will ignore this but if you don't can you listen, comment and subscribe Thank you all God Bless
@@anthonymarquez9499 oh yeah for sure! I have a very eclectic taste in music too but you can just listen to everything, there's usually a time for HipHop at some point in every day 😊
- He got a sound most generations can appreciate - @@DocKaosBeats - My bad, I didn't know you replied to me till the person below you did - Guess you know how RU-vid be treating me after that account suspension bro - 🤣😂
@@eternalyfeful but he's so diverse and adaptable. Any vibe you throw at him he can make a verse that suits and only improves the track. His flow is one of the best ever.
@@daleharris7325 ....I'd rather talk about Anderson Paak instead of a short Kendrick Lamar verse. To me, the verse served it's purpose, it was good, fit with the theme of the song. But it wasn't INCREDIBLE, it didn't make me feel like he took the song from Anderson Paak or anything like that.
If you know, you know. The West never abandoned the funk. This was not inspired by contemporary artists like Bruno or Mac Miller(R.I.P) recent work. Funk is in the air out here, no pun intended.
Also the best funk influenced song Bruno ever recorded was written by Mark Ronson. lol So yeah, this guys are pretty much on their own shit in this one. Thank god.
Only good artists in my world is Kendrick J. Cole, Logic, Paak, Childish Gambino, Tyler the Creator, Asap Rocky (his music only) NBA Young boy Drake, Aesop Rock for as this generation I can think of
I am so hooked on Tints! I wake up every morning and listen to this song, it's my motivator and stimulator along with my cup of coffee I'm ready to handle all of my daily routines with the positive confidence from hearing this uplifting song-HEYNOW!!! Have a nice day!
Not only is he a gun producer, arranger, but to play drums and sing like he does. Man!! that is seriously talented. Hardest thing to do in the world in my book to play drums and sing at the same time.
This music is so genius wow, for around 3 years I began to listen to Paak told my kids about it and couldn’t believe that this guy is not heard around the world 🌎 (I am from Heidelberg/ Germany)
Saw this amazing young man in Manchesters Ruby Lounge a few years back. He danced (briefly) with my husband and signed my Malibu CD. Been 'stalking him' ever since...for tunes, obviously and he hasn't disappointed. A 'Mum comment' I know, but his smile alone, just makes you feel happy :)
Anderson Paak is a very talented musician, who plays multiple instruments as well. The young man is definitely an Old Soul and I feel like he's also been here before!!!! Real Talk
Most people enjoy fame. It’s fr better than no fame. Ppl dealing with depression isn’t because of their fame 99% of the fame-ppl who aren’t famous do too...
Most rappers and celebrities don’t deal with depression-at least not for like their whole career/life lol. Tons are happy and it seems like a great way of life
Kendrick talked about it one time. He just said he needs to plan to leave a little early but won't let his fame keep him away from eating at holes in the wall places
On Paak's third word I hit the thumbs up button so hard I bruised my finger! Had to edit and add this part too... Thank you for my Saturday morning jam cleaning my house jam. RU-vidr let move the livingroom furniture on this one and start dancing.
Raisa Bruner says: " ... .Paak musically serving as a sleek backdrop for Lamar's moments; .Paak brings a smooth, soulful R&B groove, while Lamar supplies the fire in the form of a few smartly-phrased verses. "
@@rico7673 SA and V seems fitting cause they're both set on Los Santos, heart of funk and hip-hop in gta universe. Also, the vibe, the people, the sunset it's all perfect for an evening cruise while listening to this type of music. I don't doubt GTA 6 will do the same thing again with the musics and vibe.
