Mind and body (body and brain) are likely more connected than we even realize. I am currently researching and studying phenomenon, that indicate this. I work with clients daily who prove that the communication between brain and body is constantly being altered via state of the nervous system. Reactivation of abdominal areas on a nervous system level to address a clients back pain, after the nervous system state (trauma state brought on by sudden personal loss in this case) had shut these specific areas off (unable to flex/contract at will), causing the brain/body to tighten muscles of the back as a response. Reactivation immediately eliminated all back pain in less than 5 mins. I have done this work for the past 6 years, and the results are remarkably consistent. Trauma itself is likely a state of physiological disconnection. Great podcast, always find the topics fascinating as I work in the space daily. If you are interested in my work (considering the topic of the podcast you might be) feel free to look up my work under atheq system.

Thank you for sharing your fascinating insights on the mind-body connection! It’s incredible to hear about the work you’re doing with clients and how addressing the nervous system can have such immediate effects on physical health. Andrea and I are always eager to explore these complex topics, and it’s encouraging to see the practical applications of what we discuss. I’ll definitely look into the ATHEQ system-your work sounds incredibly valuable. Thanks again for your thoughtful contribution to the conversation!
