Awesome practice. Challenging yet doable with your gentle guidance. With practice and discipline all things are possible. The discipline you bring to your mat will be the same discipline you bring to your daily life, slow & steady accepting what the body can do at this moment without judgements. Observe and move on. Just what I needed today. Andrea, with Covid-19 keeping us all at home, and the fears associated with illness and changes in financial stability, this practice allowed me to decompress and get centered. You always push me to my limit but with all the modifications that allow me to back away from the line without feeling any shame in doing so. Because of the modifications you suggest, I always feel like I am building muscular strength without all the discomfort of a typical strength workout that I can't keep up with. This is a great class. Many of us doing this at home will not be looking at the screen, so the instructions need to be clear and concise. Simplicity versus superfluous verbiage. Keep up the great work nonetheless!
