Never have I seen such a talented man . Chip can do it all . From Vision , to engineer and design and artistic and fabrication. He can paint even . What an amazing talent.
Wow, what a treat to see Chip and Drea together again. Chip's sketches are out of this world cool. I also love the jazz in the background. Another point of connection with Chip. Looking forward to following this project.
Andreas . You thought you knew what you wanted and then Chip works his magic and suddenly you realise THIS is what you really wanted ! Chip , For me of all of the cars you created the XKE really caused me much anxiety and l really thought" No Chip No !" But as usual the finished csr was a work of art . And the Europa was the only car where you really didn't find the "off" button ! Love you Chip 💕
Love watching Chip communicate the design to the car owner. Very few creators have the ability to impart the "vision" to another person without just skipping to the finished product. Chip does it every time!
That artwork can be sold to raise money for a charity like Shriners for children hospital. I would think donors would pay $1000 for that simple sketch! Thanks for the great video!
I'm loving these daily videos, Big Andreas, the project is really cool. I know he'll understand,Um Grande Abraço !, And to my friend And Master Chip, A big Hug, Daker from Brazil !
I’ve been a shop owner,, and autobody man for over 3 drcades snd I can’t see what Chip sees and creates. Just being able to do autobody work perfectly isn’t enough to do what Chip does. He has a gift only God can give a person. That gift is to create. Jealousy consumes my soul watching his videos ….just kidding…..it’s a blessing to watch him do his thing❤️👍🙏😊 And God is good!
I like the vibe of the show, all that jazz and all. Makes it stand out in the car show world. I bet the people in Beamer Design are taking a close look at how Chip takes his spin on the German design perfection. Much better IMO with the "Chip touch".
Looks a fun project. Z3 and z4 think the panels come off the back so can cange contours and elongate preportions as long as bolting points and suspension attach points are considered.
I have always wondered why these so call car makers don't hire Chip as there chief designer come people how much longer does it have to take to realize this man is our gift our teacher....Chip my bro if you ever I mean ever want to redesign or simply put your twist on a 2018 mercedes benz passenger metris van I have one with a crack engine that I was told would cost me 20k ( I don't have the money to do that lol ) to fix I would love to see what you can do with it....I will keep hope alive believing one day I will be one of those people who can say I have a relationship with you my bro and it began with a van but in the mean time I will continue to be happy and excited for other's on who's car's you transform like a kid in a candy store i will be mad happy for them...love always my bro keep doing you we are here always to support...1 luv Jah Bless
I don't know why tv executives think they can't make money on a show like this. Overhauling was cool, but you don't have to have all that craziness with one week time limit and all. Just a laid-back tv show 😊and who can disagree with Chip? Chip- 'Do this' yep! Chip- 'Do that' yep! Chip- ' Your first born' yep!
The idea is amazing like the vette style rear lights like I remember when you say Chip the way they design the car and the way they should did that this I the case so the only thing what will be the ending color of the car to make it more glorious???
Good to see Andreas again…you keep in good shape man! The whole episode is a pleasure to watch. Amazing how the ideas flow…and the good vibes are all over the video…👌
It's to bad you can't just take a band saw an slice the car down the middle an slice the car straight down the side from front to back so it all retains the original lines an shapes an gives all things a square flush line to be welded back together an also help plastic replacement parts to be plastic welded to fit like desired. Unless of course u have 3d printer for plastic . I think this Idea would help make the measurements of new gap versus the original gap easier to account for with less bolting on or taking it off to see what's changed . I mean 1 3/4 inches on either side would look awesome like chip rendering for sure . But like always I am not so sure my idea would help him an crew work less hard at all. But I would hope it would. An to bad can't cut it down the middle from front to rear to add in some of the with of the vehicle.
The E89 was the first BMW automobile to be completely designed by two female designers - Juliane Blasi (exterior) and Nadya Arnaout (interior) , not Bangle
Although I love most of Chip's designs (heck I've grown up on Overhaulin too) - but this particular sketch was ugly AF :( ... To each his own I guess....
