I got ruan mei in a 10 pull and was not guaranteed,I'm really happy because now I can make my boothill better than he already is,plus she's very versatile and can fit most teams!

Loot box,website you go to buy shards for yourself or other people I think,it actually gives you a lower price than you would be paying in the game If I'm not mistaken the website is safe to use, don't take my word for it tho you should probably read up on it.
