if Andrew could read this, just be yourself. you Rose up, fought through the trials, even f***ed up... but you redeemed yourself, came back, and became victorious... you may not have won the show, but you won millions of hearts, mine included... you have the voice of an angel because to me, you *are* an angel... you inspire me to just be me, and to fight to be better, not just at what I do, but as who I am... may God be with you...

All these years later still watching andrew. It is not just the juxtaposition of his voice and his look that makes him so special it is the vulnerability underneath all of that that makes me love him so.

I have already commented. I come home from a "nothing" job and the first thing I do is listen to your auditions again (and again and again). I am an old woman but that doesn't keep me from simply loving you. You have NO IDEA how much I enjoy your "serious" works. Your look? Sometime in the past I may not have understood your "look" that I now accept with all my heart. We SIMPLY cannot keeping judging people by the way someone looks. What I truly love is that you are opening the door to so many people (young AND old) to appreciate good, wonderful, quality music. So many comments have been "I am not an opera fan but I LOVE your voice. All I can is say THANK YOU!!!! PLEASE, keep doing this wonderful work and leave the techno stuff to someone who can't really sign.

How lovely! No, he didn't have the best technique or tone but, my gods, what raw talent & determination & courage! "Unbreak My Heart" in Italian (I believe?) was an ideal pop song to showcase his range & stage presence. This is the first time I've heard/heard of Andrew so I don't know what life brought him after this, but I hope it's been good & that he still looks & sounds the way HE wants to. It was a privilege to hear him sing (& to be crass & shallow, he's certainly easy on the eyes too ;-).

Just to think i absolutely hated Opera until Andrew embraced it and made it look and sound Cool as hell. From your Aussie fan Andrew keep it up buddy :-D

You have such a wonderful unusual voice that is so WONDERFUL that I WANT to hear more from that you shows your GREAT POTENTIAL as something different. I am "old" but I LOVE your look and I love your voice. PLEASE, keep doing what we all fell in love with and that was your opera. This is where you SHINE. Young people haven't been interested in Opera until you came along. As an "old person" I HATE today's music that has no content is just noise. I HAVE GONE TO BED HEARING YOUR VOICE, AND SINGING IN MY HEAD WHAT YOU HAVE SUNG. God, I so want you to succeed because I NEED your kind of music. Did I mention I am "old"?
