@@vkranthakur nothing much just that Andrew used to skateboard and he was pretty good at it. @Ambzer Ambzer also referred to some popular song at maybe around the 90’s called Skater Boi by Avril Lavigne.
Honestly, Respect to James for NOT asking any Spider-Man questions. He didn’t turn it into a typical Andrew interview where he gets bombarded with this same question and one can tell he’s absolutely tired answering those or pretending to be clueless.
Yes, honestly I’m so sick of everyone asking Spider-Man questions! Andrew has so much other good projects, I’m so looking forward to his new movie, people should focus on those more!
You gotta wonder what the secret sauce was for them, or what was it about them and their personalities, intellects that set them apart from the ocean of other actors competing for the roles they got.
@@danamartinez7840 I agree. British actors always seem at least more well read and often seem more intelligent and elloquent, haha. I also am a firm believer in the law of attraction and that what you put out in your thoughts and feelings comes back to you seven fold from personal experience. So I think that is what happened there, they all seem very similar in how the think and treat others.
@@GMoney-B Oh really, law of attraction? So tell me please did I ''attract'' my genetical mental disorder? Did my relatives who lived virtuosly and happily attract CANCER? Did my country Ukraine ''attract'' unlawful russian invasion and unrelenting daily attacks? Did people in occupied territories ''attract'' TORTURE? Did rape victims attract RAPE???? Did starving people ''attract'' hunger? No, honey, law of attraction is pop ''psychology'' BS. It only works in a sense that it helps you set in the right mood, motivate and focus harder and seek opportunities more actively. Which is not ''law of attraction'' but just basic psychology. Otherwise, it's marketed crap. Life is random, brutal and chaotic and good smart people are left jobless, sick, raped, tortured, maimed, abused, killed, kidnapped etcetera. There is no logic or justice in life. If you don't realize this, you live a very privileged and sheltered life and willingly close eyes to woes of the world. Please go to people living in war-affected areas or poor areas or abusive household that they ''attracted'' this torture and injustice. Go on.
Love James corden for not asking any Spider-Man questions. As much as love Spider-Man and all that, Andrew Garfield deserves he’s own attention of he’s other work! He’s such an amazing and talented actor he should be recognized for he’s work and acting!
@@OM.14 I hate that because the movie is amazing. He’s acting is amazing and people should recognize that. Spider-Man wasn’t he’s only Job. He has a gift and he’s trying to show that to the world but people keep talking about Spider-Man and keep asking him and I can tell he’s over it already because I think he doesn’t feel appreciated for he’s talent and work.
@@twangric402 agree! It’s one of my personal favorites of him. He’s trying to show the world he’s amazing work and people just keep talking about Spider-Man and it’s annoying
@@AC-xk5dl yes absolutely. If it wasn't for NWH he wouldn't have received such media coverage. No one cared for him after TASM 2, and suddenly after 7 years they are all behind him. No problem in asking him questions related to NWH, but there's a limit.
They both are so so humble and shared so many memories bebore they became stars. Handsome Jamie laughing when he's with one of his friends on the show is just precious to see.
I love these kind of interviews where you get a sense of how normal they are and how much work they have put in.. that sharing a burger is something I've done and definitely will do again.. 😝
@@malavikavidhugopan5978 it wasn't. They were talking about British guys in L.A and Stan is not British. The man they are talking about seemed to be a friend of Jamie's.
I’m not a big fan of Corden but I appreciate that he asked zero questions regarding Spider-Man to Andrew, like none. Cause you just know you’re gonna get the generic answers out of Andrew and I’m sure Andrew is sick to death of being asked if he’s in the film or not. So again, big ups to Corden.
Tick Tick Boom was sooo good. I love musicals and the trailer looked good but I didn't know much about it. You immediately get pulled into the story. The music is beautiful. The cast is full of talent. Everything Lin-Manuel Miranda creates is spectacular. And Andrew Garfield deserves a standing ovation. Watch the film if you haven't yet.
Andrew Garfield is pure love. I remember one of his usual wise lessons 'Certainty in life is boring. You ought to have doubt all the time' Amazing guy.... ❤
@@BadDubII His accent is bound to have warped a little since being born n bred in N.Ireland, from having lived/worked most of his life in England and the US.
@@TomGB-81 Maybe but I also recently saw a video of someone from highschool and they sounded weird too. Think its just weird hearing you own accent on video.
Can we highly respect the fact that james didn’t even bother to ask andrew about no way home rumors unlike some reporters or interviewers who pressures him
When you know your mates it doesn't matter how successful they become, you'll always have that one memory locked in your mind as to who they truly are. Be it throwing up in the bathroom or cooking weird food etc.
I bet there's never a dull moment with Andrew Garfield. Such a great actor and cutie 😊 Can't believe Jamie and Andrew were friends and now both famous.
Reminds me of that epic photo at the Oscars I think? The one where he and Ryan Reynolds were making out in the background when Ryan Gosling was walking up to the stage.
You say age but he hasn’t aged at all looking at that photo whereas Andrew definitely looks more mature now. I bet he’s still going to look delicious in his sixties just like Sean Connery did.
I'm kinda glad James Corden didn't ask him about Spider-Man: No Way Home, Andrew Garfield need some break from those Spider-Man questions as we are getting closer to the Spider-Man: No Way Home World Premiere/Release
Jamie is from Northern Ireland which is still apart of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. I think he'd able to be classed as British and Irish. Geography people please send help and correct me if I'm wrong 🥰
@@TickTuber I'm from England and I prefer to be called English as opposed to British. So I get it. But if you're referring to a group of you from different countries in Britain, then British is okay.
Great interview and responses. Appreciate James for pivoting that conversation to a humorous side when that slight awkwardness came in about giving notes.
These three could play the Marauders together; Andrew as James, Jamie as Sirius, Corden as Pettigrew. I don’t know who would play Lupin, though. Tom Sturridge probably could
I don't usually cast them when i picture them but I think fans usually go with Andrew for Remus? Although seeing him here, he's totally a James if not physically, in temperament.
@@Emislay what about him makes it obvious? I see Andrew as having a playful but somewhat cocky (competent and self-assured) personality. Lupin, by my understanding, would have been more soft-spoken and unsure as a kid because of his condition. Even just physically, dye his hair a bit blacker and give him some glasses and he could easily pass for James.
I thought this was the absolute cutest thing! They're obviously great friends and they were having a lot of fun! Not to mention they're two very handsome men! ❤
