@@JG-sm2uw thanks brother. Losing your dad is extremely painful. What’s more painful is I saw him via FaceTime passed out at home and not awake. It killed me watching him be motionless. First day it was extremely hard as I’ve been crying all day. Now 4 days later I’m crying randomly throughout the day and end up falling asleep after enough grieving. It’s just rough for me right now

Know there so you mother in better place then now don't cry make things right with you instead of felt like crying but loosing some one it is pain for someone you know who you are and was with those who will be brighter days and know that love comes from you learn to love yourself then you can open up from your loniliness to find something make you happy and grow when tears comes at time feeling lonely comes out the things you can't understand and know how hard is to hold a tears from those who still have one love and was not around times when things felt with no heart and experiences whats it like for a man or guy to walk alone to be open up and. Those who try make you vulnerable will never understand that when life fails you when you did not have a guidance and made you isolation and know your not alone cause we been through it lonely will only lock you in your heart and did not have some one to spark your life

Remember, you’re not the only person that lost their mom but you’re one of the only people that lost YOUR mom. To watch the person who gave life to you be given over to death hurts. It’s not just the event of losing her but having to live your life without her that grows to hurt as well. (Want to say thank you to Andrew for being vulnerable to strangers because it enables people grieving to start dialogue with each other talk about it.)

Sorry.. I just recently lost my mother on the 31st of March 2023. I'm going through a lot but knowing I'm not alone nor the only one going this process right now is keeping my myself together. She was only 56 and I'm 37. I was walking up crying all week last week. But I'm getting a little calmer. I lost my dad before I was born so I was really close with my mom.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry when it’s time for my mama to go. I used to tell her when I was younger that if she ever dies I’d go with her. I can’t imagine the emptiness you must feel, but I know that she would want you to remember all the time you had with her and continue living your life and be happy.

I just came across this short video and that's due to once again in this very same year, right now and at this very moment, I have just received the very shocking, unexpected and so devastating news about sudden loss of my second Beloved Parent. I am now in a huge pain and deepest sorrow, feeling completely adrift, in extreme agony, and that's true to it, that all of a sudden, nothing at all makes sense any more, the words can't justify, nor they can explain how much pain I am going through right now. Nothing is helping, it's like my body and soul have split apart and I am hitting my lowest point. I am in a profound pain and extreme sadness and I don't know what to do any more. I have no idea, how if at all, I will be able to recover from this extreme loss. Therefore, I do feel exactly for everyone who goes through such a deep painful sorrow and I fully resonate with all those, who are actually experiencing in real time the very same. However, I feel like I don't want to exist any longer. I am totally lost at this point now......I am really struggling to find anything that would help me.....

I lost my sweet mom last month. Her battle with cancer was short. She didn't manage to live long. 54 years old she was. I am 20... This feeling of misery, of world ending it just can't go away. I wish it could, sometimes it briefly pauses, but never goes away. I feel exactly what he is feeling. What I want most is a woman to make me smile and hug me like she did, but I fear no one will.

I know this comment is going to fall on deaf ears, but I need to get this out. I lost my mom a few hours ago unexpectedly. I'm 17 and she was 41. Me and my entire family are absolutely devastated. But no one is as broken as my dad. She has had major health issues for more than a decade, and has suffered physically and mentally more than anyone I know. She has had many cancers, many infections, many seizures, a stroke, potassium issues, lung issues including pneumonia, a numothorax, and multiple collapsed lungs, she has had more than 70 procedures/surgeries in the past decade. And that's just to name some of it. Although she was in constant pain, she always had a good attitude and an uplifting spirit that people wanted to be around. She would give the shirt off her back to a complete stranger if they asked for it. I have no idea what my family and I are going to do now, and I am so crushed to see my dad and my 14 year old sister be so sad. I don't know how everything is going to turn out, but I have to deal with it and stay strong for them. This is for my mom... Brianna, may you build a beautiful mansion up in heaven to wait for us to get there. I love you so much.

I am 15 years only my dad has never been there for me I miss my mom so much she was everything once you lose your moms love you realise how dark and careless the world is nobody wants you your unwanted your alone in the world left with a bunch of strangers my family keeps switching up whos gonna host me now. So far ive been at my aunts for a week my other aunt for 3 days and currently my sister and her husband I feel unwanted but idk where to go I just want my dear mom back a fight already broke out btw me and my sister and they will give me away soon and the cycle repeats itself ive given myself 15 more years to live and then I will join some god forsaken war and die earlier so I can meet my mom again I didint have much freinds and my mom really wanted for me to get some friends instead of playing games inside all the time she used to cry much at this topic why nobody wanted to become friends with her son my sister is now blaming me for my mothers death wich is hurting really bad inside of me idk what to do with myself man I have another sister only 16 years of age shes the only person I trust and love with my whole heart

My mom is a cancer survivor of 4th stage nhl lymphoma and she sometimes has seizures and I feel like if I see her in that state I would vomit thinking about the time she had chemos 3-4 days of constant fever and cold in 35°C temperature she would shiver like anything she had to be in blankets and this happened at least 4 times, got better each time but I can't imagine that phase of life....

A few years have passed, but I still miss her, at times it still tears me apart. The worst thing is that I think there’s barely enough light shed on what it’s like to grieve when you’re supposed to be a ‘functioning hardworking adult’. There’s almost a wall between me and others just because of that. But at least I know she would’ve been proud of me.

My mother passed last month very very suddenly. It's been a complete fog. I lost my dad 5 years ago this month. Having no parents is weird. No longer can you talk to the people that loved you more than anything in the world. If your parents are still alive spend as much time with them as possible... the time will run out eventually and you will never feel the same. The void really can never be filled :-(

I lost my big brother in 2013, my Mom died in my arms just before Christimas in 2019 and lost my Dad June 26, 2023. Loss changes you forever. I love them and miss them every day.

I lost my mother when I was 13. The guy stabbed her to death and robbed her. Im 40 now and Im still trying to figure out how to grieve it. When you loose your child, you can go to support groups like POMC. When you loose the person who gave you birthed you as a child, theirs almost nothing, or at least, I was never aware of any. The only comforts are remembering who she was and telling my children who she was, how much she would love them and knowing that Ill see her again.

My world was rearranged after losing my Nana..she was like my mom. I'm also close to my mom BUT my Nana was so mature, wise and full of knowledge. I really admired and looked up to her. I know I will never meet anyone else like her in this world. She was sick for 2 years and I mourned her the entire time prepping for her end. It's been 3 months since she left and Ive just shrunk into my hermit hole. I barely want to be around anyone or leave my house. Grief is sneaky some days I will be happy and then just cry out of nowhere. I know where not supposed to be sad and the afterlife is a beautiful experience for our souls ...I just miss her guidance and advice.

I lost my 13-year-old daughter to suicide in 2023. I lost my brother less than a year later. "The world gets re-arranged". Couldn't have said it better myself.

Sometimes I'd wake up so early in the morning and I'd start mumbling "this doesn't feel real" over and over. Several moments I'd think everything doesn't make sense then carry on as if it makes sense. Pa, I miss you every day. Nothing was the same ever since 12th January.

I lost my father 10/22 of this year and it was the 22 yesterday. He was incredibly sick and I keep replaying the funeral in my head. It’s still so fresh. But I also try to think of the good memories before he was sick. And I sing his favorite hymns because he was also a man of faith. Sometimes we wonder why our loved ones are taken away from us. God knows all things. And there are better days ahead. We just can’t see it now. I know my dad is in a better place now.
