@@NativeInstruments i wanted to open andrew logic pro file and got this error: Loading instruments has failed, as their libraries are not installed on this computer.... but i am sure that i installed it because i can see the new elements in kontakt. what went wrong?

Man oh man I'm so late to this breakdown and I hope Andrew sees this: As a long time fan of Andrews content even seeing him transition from a comedy page to sharing with us his amazing musical talent I've never appreciated a breakdown more than this video and at the same time be so energetic to purchase that new Komplete Kontrol S49 25th anniversary edition! I am an old dude with Komplete 12 and a new Kontrol S88 which I love and I really dug this video from beginning to end. Really well done. Sometimes with so many options/instruments (also have full kits pianos and all sorts of guitars amps and basses) one can be overwhelmed and paralysis can set in. Thanks for this.

Native instruments, you guys are way to underrated. U truly go with ur slogan. About the future of sound. I love you guys so much, my favourite company of sound instruments. Truly the future of sound. You guys give free stuff worth of GB's, and not just 1 or 2, but like so much and still all free. Theres not a single company out there that has done something like this. A whole complete super well recorder pack of all sorts of instruments that should be ruffly around 100$ and still free. I have never ever seen that before. Dear Andrew, u r a genious. My humble opinion is that ur songs have da potential 2 become international hits, platinum sellers just if u collab with amazing singers, not necesarilly Usher may wanna sing ur tune, but there r plenty of voices with that or even better quality that would do anything 2 have a shot with such great tracks that u creat. Cool products but i tend to want to comment on the author of the video Andrew Huang. Im seeing alot of him since I've looked at more digital music options. I say he's the perfect fit to introduce or just enjoy as a performer for nearly anyone. Ya, i can go deep with technical terms after being a musician for decades but Andy makes the conversation easy for everyone. Nothing pretentious or geek snobbery and it seems whatever tools he uses in videos he stands behind and explains his use. From the ground up explanations on getting started to ways to get your music out there. Great guy and great musician.

0:53 above the waveform pictures you can see the 2 arrows and the magnifying glass icons, these aren't in komplete start, reducing how many samples are available for you as you only have the presets. I was scratching my head for a while about this until I found out. Just incase you were wondering about making your own sounds in the play series selection part of komplete start

Good catch! This is because Andrew was using the full version of Analog Dreams. At the time the video was shot, Play Series Selection wasn't ready yet. We did however made sure that Andrew used presets that come with Play Series Selection

@@NativeInstruments that makes sense, after all, it would be unfair for people to pay full price for it and then have the full thing gave away for free, this way, everyone is happy, I get good free stuff and people who pay get better stuff that I can upgrade to later. I had been logging into native access every day for the past 20 days checking for komplete start, so honestly, I'm just glad it's finally out😂

After some searching I found a forum www.native-instruments.com/forum/threads/komplete-start-drum-kits.350043/#post-1762183 Quote - "The individual sounds from the kits are all there in the Komplete Kontrol Library under Loops / Samples. You can also run a search for "Bangarang", "Chevelle 70" etc. Andrew is just seeing those sounds organized into drum kits because he's using Maschine in that part of the video." Which means you need to do some extra work of mapping the sounds to neat kits before using them, unless of course you have an external device which costs a few hundred $. Needless to say, the sounds are still there under "one-shots" so kudos to NI for supplying them.

Congratulation Native instruments. This was the nail in the coffin. What on earth should your competitors do now? I guess they have to follow you guys with free products. By the way, this demo was really good, wait let me correct my self, the song presented here is really good.
