Is Andrew Holness for REAL? 1) The Police suspect you of theft and they suspect the goods are in your pocket. So the Police cannot search your pocket because it's a breach of your privacy? 2) The Police suspect you of murder. They believe the body of the deceased is in the boot of your car. So the Police cannot search your car boot because it's a breach of your privacy? 3) To make matters worse, you then make an application to court to have the Criminal acts of theft and the Criminal acts of murder BE REMOVED FROM THE CONSTITUTION!
