Andrew Johnston - Stanford's Magnificat In 'G' - Carlisle Cathedral 

I have watched more auditions for Britain's got talent than I care to say... but Andrew Johnston stands out as my very favourite!

I sung this as a soprano soloist in 1973. This young man has a truly beautiful instrument.. My voice did not change until I was 16. This was my last solo. It hold special meaning for me. Andrew performed it impeccably! I hope all the best for him.

I have played the organ there it is stunning but his voice is excellent 11 out of 10

This is so stunning. Would have loved his cd to be all like this instead of the over produced, over mixed, album it turned out to be.

If only there had been an opportunity for Andrew to sing the Pie Jesu in a recording of Faure's Requiem -- I think he would've been the ideal soloist for that! Ah, well....Looking forward to his adult career, though.

I hope he stays away from church until he's grown up. With a voice like that and his age he is in a serious risk group. I really love his voice. Great acoustics in churches though.
