You just think about what you read, you can say the verse out loud over and over. You can examine every word in the scripture. Meditation is not like eastern thinking. Sitting still and being silent. No it is thinking over and over on a verse. It is speaking the verse over and over. You thank God for what it is saying. It is not complicated. It is not hard. I hope this helps you. Meditate means to think or like a cow chewing on the cud, (grass) your chewing on the word. Get as many scriptures you can on who you are in Christ.
