you know from API level 30 android:requestLegacyExternalStorage="true" will not work so I am here with storage ACCESS FRAMEWORK you can easily integrate them into your app.

Manage all worked for me, but this one has error 248 delete } (i think its extra ). ALso my version 6.3.1 of Sketchware PRO doesnt add cust variable to dialog selection for New folder request code = 43, and when i use code editor it says final field MainActivity.NEW-FOLDER-REQUEST-CODE cannot be assigned

Try using new version of sketchware (you may need to adjust few things when using new version of sketchware).

@@JokhioApps you didnt show that part on permission more block, im guessing you just add that in the intent right? Only thing is, is newer versions dont have direct editor and are still unstable though right?

When I add variable it's always added as private so can't use it

You can use it in the Class. If you want to use it outside the Class you can use getter setters or use ASD

May I ask for a request? I wanna design an app need SAF, only need to access a folder in Android/data.(All action are all in that folder) I want to delete the file in that folder and copy files from external storage (Not in Android/data) to that data folder. Could U help me about this?🙏

You're gonna need access of 2 folders One android/data And 2nd where you have to do copy and delete operation.

How do you find out if a folder is empty?

I'm not sure about it. I Don't remember if there's any API for that. But in my blocks there's a block which gets list of files in a directory it will return a *empty or null* result for empty folder
