Yes firstly unplug the usb cable from device there will be two wires 4pin and 6 pin Check the faulty one and get that wire replaced if the device is new

This might be hardware issue. There no firmware for bluetooth specifically. Try factory reset if that doesn't help then share device details let's try firmware update as well if this doesn't work then one of the component required for bluetooth might be faulty
I have an old version Sansui MP5 head unit with CD DVD player, no much else. Also, I have a Corehan Android (no CD DVD player though) unit laying around with all the bells and whistles, only problem is the audio thing that I fried myself for crossing cables by accident... I would like to reunite both units togheter and build a good one with the CD DVD player included... Is that possible?
That's because 9.1 firmware are mostly for 2gb variant devices i have a firnware with android 9.1 that should work on your device. I'll share the link asap.

Thanks for the very well explained step by step guide. Do you have update for YT5760L XY Audio: 1.68 (AC8259) please? The problem I have is that when my unit boot/start up there is no bass going out to external amplifier but when I drive for around 15 - 20 min and I swith off the engine and unit turns off , then after the engene start and unit wakes up (without booting/starting up) the bass is going to my external ampliefier. Also there is litlle speaker icon on menu when you slide from the top of the screen ( where WiFi icon is displayed ). I believe this should turn on/off bass or external amplifier but doesnt do nothing. I believe the unit maybe need to be updated.

With update rds radio will be enabled along with that pip and split screen functions will be added but hifi sound is not enabled since YT9216B does not have that particular sound chipset for processing hifi audio

The audio plays for 30 seconds in any app and then is cut out... I need to turn the ignition off and on again, then it plays audio for another 30 secs and cut again... my firmware does not says "XY Audio" , but "CAR AUDIO J1.73.7 (AC8259). Can I use this XY Audio firmware on my HU? Thanks a lot!
Do you have the APK file for the radio? Mine quit completely. I tried clearing data from settings, tried factory reset and when I select "radio" it just flashes and doesn't open. Can't seem to find alternative options. Just need to APK to get my radio back!

Bro did u encounter the head unit during usb playback the music volume so low, afterwards opening the car setting and opening the recent apps to close the car setting, when i close the car setting app the volume suddenly High my volume set on 5 it's so super low.
So why would I update it? What does it bring? Just fresher OS or any more features/settings? I'm currently having some issues like the power antenna only going up if I disconnect the antenna line and the unit not detecting the reversing camera, I have found a lot of settings but none of them are useful to solve these two problems.
Random reboots, device freezing, few missing settings such startup volume, mixing ratio and many more bugs. Mostly firmware update helps to fix them as newer builds are bit more stable that firmware which shipped with device.

Please install cpu-z and check device details. It might give error due to various reasons such as ram (1gb or 2gb) firmware build date. Share device details here I'll provide you the firmware.

You can try another usb port of android device and it might happen the device will be bit different so the update is not detected. Can you share device model number, ram and it's android version

If the radio device is same then you can either download logo from google or create your own in photoshop but make sure the resolution is 1024×600 and save in .bmp format

Some of the units do support multicolour go to factory settings and then try to get into emcoder settings there you'll find the multicolour key setting options.

Hello, SP TECH. I bought my car with an already set Android Head Unit with no further info about it. 1 year in use when i started the car it stuck on the android logo on loop like it is doing somekind of an upgrade. Unfortunately no matter how long its turned on it won´t go past the logo loop. I tried a lot of combinations with the RST pinch button but the problem is still there. My question is there a solution you may know ?
Rst button/pin hole will help here. Completely tun off your car. And then Step1: press the rst button Step2: while the rst button is still pressed turn ignition on. This will start the infotainment system. Step3: keep it pressed even if logo is displayed and then after 15-30seconds later the device will boot into recovery. This when you unpress the rst button. There you can select wipe data reset button and format the device.

If you are sure the device is same as mine i.e YT9216B then download the firmware link is shared in description. Then connect usb to device and then press hold rst button and then start the device it will boot in recovery then select apply update from usb option.
