If I'm correct, the wire going to the reverse bulb triggers the reverse camera to activate and show on the screen. Hence the need to wire it into the reverse light bulb wires.

So I had same problem. I went into settings and changed a couple of the reverse settings and it stayed working after I found the right setting

Have to run a relay. Look up relay for reverse camera

Can I use my ome backup camera that came with my car or does it only work with cam that come with stereo ?

You can use a 12v filter /rectifier if it's a German car.

@@bike_partsireland7707 i thought it was the actual camera but tested it with another system and it works. Maybe the problem is wire somewhere not making good contact? Please if you find answer share with me.

@@audiovisionusa hi thanks for the reply,no I’m not I just came across ur videos and I thought I could ask for help 😂 btw great videos I just realised that I did two mistakes when I was wiring the camera 1st I connected to tail light (can bus model) 2nd when I cut the 3rd wire for the reverse trigger I just connected it with the camera and not with the can bus as well . Do you think that that’s why it’s not triggering? Thanks 😊

Instead of switch power from the tail light, you need constant power to the red wire in the trunk.

I have rgb canbus but there is 3 wire which is b+ gnd and acc where or which wires i ll connect together on head unit?

@@audiovisionusa Hey thanks for the reply, so I have CANBUS and I followed each step from the other video: 1. "Cam in" from display to the RCA extension 2. Red wire from RCA extension to the "Reverse" labeled orange wire from display 3. Red wire from RCA extension (other end) to the Red wire from reverse camera power cable 4. Black plug from reverse power cable to Red plug from reverse camera 5. The yellow plug from RCA extension to the yellow plug from reverse camera But the camera does not turn on and either I don't see anything on the display when put in reverse, is there possibility that my display (EONON) is not compatible or I have done something wrong ? I hope you understand, and thanks for help
