iPhone users have a tendency to beleive that iOS is more intuitive, simple and easier to use but after you use both you realize that is not necessarily true Here are some examples of flaws in iOS and the usability of the iPhone
I use both android and ios as my personal device and I must say that iphone has a premium user experience but really is a headache to use. Its like an expensive wine that tastes bad.
I know before switching back to the iPhone i assumed that the user experience would in some ways be more premium but i feel like now they are both so close that i don’t see the difference. They do have a lot better marketing and that I think helps shape our perception about the brands I do agree there are a lot of random things that are a headache to navigate and use
@@Mr.BinarySniper the animations are supersmooth, no jitters in 3 years, superfast shutter speed, amazing videography, very crisp speakers, smooth multitasking, amazing ram management. But headaches are bad button placement, network connectivity is a bit weaker than my android, whatsapp is a nightmare, file app is a mess, call history a mess, notification panel horrendous, bad integration with google apps, free icloud storage fills up very fast, Truecaller doesn't work so bombarded with spam calls.
my previous phone was an android that ive had for way too long (it got laggy, storage was full and the battery lasted for only a few hours and sometimes it would go down 3% per minute), i got an iphone due to me needing to work with a mac and things are good, with some things being... questionable: default keyboard, text editing apps on home screen needing to follow a set order which doesn't make sense especially with how big phone screens are... i need widgets to make things reachable on my iphone smh
I have used both iphone and android for a pretty long time and i personally think both phones are perfect in there own categories and i dont really hate any device or think one is better as i used both devices with no problems. i am currently using iphone but before that i used samsung device for 3 years straight (i only bought new phone coz my Samsung device fell from my house roof) i miss side loading and being able to download anything freely on the other hand, i personally love using iphone more as i love the design, interface and overall experience and it sits well with me. so i think both devices are great in there own ways and you should pick what sits best for you instead of being a sheep and follow 1 side blindly (sorry for grammar mistakes, English is my 3rd language”
Coming from an android, now iPhone user: ui looks cleaner in ios but less practical then android. But the reason I have an iPhone is because it is faster, I had an android out of the year 2017, it was low quality and it was SUPER slow two years after I moved to an iPhone, ALSO out of the year 2017, and it still runs 100x better then the android after same amount of use. Don’t forget to factor in al the new software that requires better hardware. Idk for y’all but that’s an W for iPhone
I have used a Blackberry Q3 (running Blackberry OS 13), a Nokia Lumia (running Windows Mobile), an LG phone (running Android), an iPhone SE (running iOS), a Sony Xperia (running Android), a Samsung (running Android) and an iPhone 14 (running iOS). PS: My mother owned a Samsung phone with something called Bada OS.
@@aliateeqvisuals The device I mentioned here belonged to my mother. I think it was an Xperia R1. It wasn't the highest-end device but it wasn't the lowest-end device I've used. It had decent hardware. I also remember that it was a pain to get serviced. And at some point, Sony Mobile left India, leaving my mother with a broken phone. PS: The camera app had a lot of great filters.
Used iOS before now using Android because I got annoyed by the iCloud like keep asking you to pay just so you can backup the pictures, or another which is if you wanted to download an app from another country, it is a headache to go to App Store account settings and change the regions to the country where the app is. Thats why i don't used iOS anymore even tho One Ui 6.1 which is android 14 it feels safe for me to use alrdy. Android now and the Android Past its two different things now. If youre iPhone user, just give android a try. Maybe you could change your mind.
For sure! Android now, and the past few years, is so different from the past and so much better. I think is someone does not use airdrop or is deeply invested in the ecosystem they should def give android a try! Especially the new Samsung phones, because they are AMAZING and I feel like you get way more bang for your buck!
Depends on what’s more important to you, the camera or the screen realestate. I’m not sure what’s planned for the next fold but the current ones camera is no where near as good as the S24 Ultra, also the AI features in it are badass. But if you just want a folding larger screen and the coolness factor 🙃 that comes with it and also just having something completely different then go for the fold if you can get a good deal on it. Since i had the fold already, if i were to get a Samsung right now, it would be the S24 Ultra
I used to use Androids during my teenage years. Of course, iOS has some weird features, but thank God I switched to iPhone. If you get used to it and accept it the way it is, these things won’t annoy you.
A good Android phone especially with vanilla Android as Google intended is amazing. No lag anywhere. Super smooth experience. I have used IOS and it's really restrictive. I don't see what advantage it offers compared to Android.
I have a Google Pixel 8 pro and an iPhone 13 pro max. I understand the unnecessary difficulty and the inefficiency of the iPhone lol. I even use the Google keyboard on my iPhone. iPhone keyboard even sucks lol. Yes, it is possible to use the Google keyboard on iOs. On iOs, the Google keyboard isn't as amazing as on an android phone. iOS doesn't do well with the keyboard clipboard as android phones like Google Pixel and Samsung phones. Google keyboard allows users to save multiple things in the clipboard section. iOS, only 1 thing at a time! Smh.
YESS!! Googles keyboard is way better and so is there predictive text, so much better! It does suck that iOS nerfs the google keyboard and take away the haptics 😐
I have an iPhone 11 and 12 but I still love my Samsung Galaxy note 8 Idk it's just better😂 P.S. I think I might switch a different phone from my iphone
Yaa man android has simple and beautiful ui experience and in most cases it has many features too which the iPhone do not have however doe to cost cutting most of the important parts are compromised to make it affordable which is acceptable however when the same thing comes at a higher cost It do not make sense. 😂😂 to prefer them over iOS as they are great at optimising high specs and the updates in android are soo bad that sometimes it makes the phone perform bad. I have used both 3 years of android and a year of iOS so for me iOS is better
Apple is litterally nothing without THEIR "ECOSYSTEM" . Samsung has better camera too😅. I dont really get it why tf you would spend that much money when you can get an better Android phone than apple for the same cost or you can also get an midrange android with being better than apple at everything except camera 😂
you over complicated the camera setting process though? Just go to settings and search camera, not even the full word and it will pops up lol. I get your point, but I see a bias hahaha. Both ui’s are good in my opinion, everything has a flaw or two, can’t have perfect sht in life
