I almost gave in and just about to quit trying on myself as so to take my own life tonight. This video & Andy himself had allowed me see a differently tonight. I needed to hear this.

Patience is a virtue. Slow down. Life is a paradox, to go faster and to get to your dreams quicker, you need to slow down. Going slow and being patient will actually get you to where you want to go faster. So hang on in there, don’t give up, patience my son. I promise you, your patience will be rewarded. So don’t be hard on yourself. Look online for a concept called “aggressive patience” and you will live a fulfilled life.

NOTHING GREAT COMES WITHOUT BEING UNCOMFORTABLE. Trying to get better is like a rocket leaving the earth's atmosphere going to the moon. The rocket uses 90% of it's fuel to break through the initial atmosphere and only 10% the rest of the way to the moon. Developing positive habits or eliminating negative habits is the same. The initial inertia to break through our conditioned states is the hardest. Once we build a track record of sticking to our commitments it gets easier and easier.
