Much better interview than the one Phil Donahue gave, Regis was the best, so genuine & sweet, much like Andy- saw him in concert , and his brothers at Dodger Stadium, so sad wish Andy would of gotten some help much sooner😪💔

What a beautiful looking man. You can tell he is very deeply in love with Victoria Principal here. His body language and shyness when asked about her. His first true love and it killed his heart in the end. Yes people can die of a broken heart. It's very real. The drugs didn't help his situation either. Maybe Andy was to immature at that stage and never realised until it was to late. He sure grew up when he felt how much love hurts. Love is pain. RIP

Was he used by Victoria Principal for more younger fans that belonged to Andy. If so, that is just very cruel. She knows the music industry has more fans then a mock TV sitcom. Was she after the money making side of the relationship between them. If so, Andy knew nothing about it. He was just so in love and blind to her ways.

Unfortunately for my Darling Andy the majority of females that flocked to him & started so-called relationships with him were only in it for their own personal advantage to their careers; VP was the beginning of the end for my Darling Andy. The oddball thing with her was why did she suddenly start to record music with him & appear in photographs with Andy & artists like Michael Jackson; they hit the talk shows to promote "their love" & new single together. It never made sense, which is why I think Mum Barb had a bad feeling about the whole situation; & VP coming from a professional background, why would she enter a relationship knowing Andy's struggles. She could have left on Day 2 but continued the so-called relationship. Then there's Marie Osmond; strange that she became connected with Andy, & was allowed to "date" a non-mormon which goes against her own belief & Church Doctrine. That in itself makes no sense, & I find it difficult to understand her father allowing it, but for the fact that it was all due for publicity. She had struggles of her own that were not public. Which is why I say the majority of females flocking to my Dear Sweet Precious Darling Andy did it for their own selfish ambitious reasons. Andy was generous & kind-hearted, affectionate & vulnerable; he gave his heart & emotions away immediately because he knew no other way. Starting at such a young age with the fame & notoriety, it was difficult for him to handle it all, & maneuver himself through life without a guide book to help him. He fell into things that never should have touched him. It's lonely at the top & lonelier at the bottom when people desert you for doing exactly what they are doing. Through it all my Darling had the courage to enter treatment & got himself clean, but God chose to take him home. Wow even his friends were telling him please don't marry Victoria. Glad he didn't. Wish he was still here. A shame him and Marie didn't end up together even know they did date. Victoria used him.
