The second episode of our Kaufman vs. Lawler Feud consists of the very first match between the two stars of their respective realms.
WWE Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler and co-host Glenn Moore discuss the build-up to King's first match with Andy Kaufman, including some audio of their promos and match on this episode of Dinner With The King.
Did Lawler and Kaufman go over their match before getting into the ring? What did Kaufman want to do that Lawler was against? These questions and more are answered in this episode.
The King also lets us know where he will be this weekend, including an appearance at the Memphis Grizzlies playoff game on Thursday, facing off against Scott Steiner on the microphone. Plus, Lawler will be on the pre-show for Payback on Sunday, and then Raw Talk following Monday Night Raw.

Kauffman vs Lawler is Gold. One of the best fueds ever in Memphis wrestling history, might even for wrestling period.

Just discovered theses podcast laugh all the way through the cornette one. Now found this one Always been fascinated by the whole Kaufman v lawler feud. This feud doesn't get the credit for changing the business it should. Lawler is the most underrated mind in wrestling

Thank you guys so much for this. I am of the belief that this was the single greatest angle in wrestling history. They worked the world! They mainstreamed pro wrestling in a way that no one had ever done before, and Andy sold pro wrestling. The interview from the hospital was so awesome! Telling the entire world that he had found out the hard way that wrestling was "NOT FAKE", now that is selling! He put over an entire industry in one sentence! I cannot think of another scenario quite like it. Thanks for this one gentleman, looking forward to the next installment of this wonderful story.

Love listening to all this wrestling history, great memories, thanks. I loved the wrestling of yesteryears! Andy definitely belongs in the Hall of fame!
