My deepest respects based on my love of his spirit evident through all his music. From Silly Wizard, through his solo albums and the ones with Manus Lunny, Andy M. Stewart is the reason that, when my turntable died, I entered into an unfamiliar realm of these CDs. At balls and dances in Scottish Country Dancing (late 70s-early 80s), the evening would always end with a Scottish waltz which I would make sure to dance with a young woman who became my wife. One had A Red, Red Rose and I would sing this version to her. We celebrated our 35th anniversary this past December. Your braw nephew was imprinted strongly in my life. I remember his influence with great pleasure and I am the poorer for his passing. Blessing to you, Mr. McCormick. Here's a toast to Mr. A.M. Stewart.
