In game Andy is confirmed to be a minor (m36 said the Melody, Margaret, Andy, Felix and Claus range around 14-17 of age) and Peter is like 30+. Even if Andy was Thomas's age (obviously an assumed middle aged adult) it wouldn't work because why would you ship a man with the thing bringing him misery
