Listening to Andy Williams has been a incredible joy in my life, and today I'm 72-years old. I love so many great singers, from Sinatra to the Beatles, but few carry such lasting beauty and memories as the golden voice of Andy. God bless you.
A Voice for the Ages. His songs never failed to bring joy and warmth to millions of listeners. He may be gone, but his music lives on forever. Vaya con Dios, Mr Williams.
This song always makes me cry. He ended his show with it each week. It still makes me cry, especially now. For me, Andy Williams' music was a spiritual experience.
This was his theme tune. All his work was a theme tune to the 1960's and 1970's, and my childhood. The sound of his music warmed my heart then, and still does now. One of the greatest crooners. Thanks Andy.
This song is for my precious husband Bob who so took care of me when I was in the hospital, now he had a stroke, and he is home, it is my turn to take care of him gladly..This song is so fitting for him...I love him so much
Im 49 now and I still can recall as a kid. My mom always played Andy Williams on our record player she bought with blue chip stamps. She loved Andys music and this kind of music put me on a path of becoming a musician. So thank you Andy for influencing me in very cool romantic music. Your music kept me grounded and level headed. God bless you where ever you go now in the heavens.

This theme song has stayed with me all through childhood, adolescent years and now in the autumn of my life, I still listen as it resonates so strongly with me. Andy Williams, gone , but thank you.❤❤❤
I loved him since I was 16, had all his records, went to see him once in person. Every time I hear him I think of all the memories he made for me. May you be at peace, world's greatest singer.
May God be with the Williams family during their time of mourning. May Andy rejoice in the peace and light of the Lord Jesus Christ and may he sing songs of thanks and praise to God with all the angels and saints for eternity................
isnt his voice a dream! my parents went 2 c him in concert in Dublin in 2001 and later dat year my mom passed away...it was the last concert her n my dad ever went 2 n they loved his music! a few years after dat my brother got maried n at his wedding my dad made such a lovely speech dat finished with him singin a verse of this song-the words were so apt n my dad, being a singer, sang it rele well!! Andy performed this regularly on his popular tv show in the 1960´s, a closing number. Always enjoyable, always charming, was Andy, part of my own youth, too.
Andy Williams left behind a legacy of great music like good food and good wine and may each day be as good as the last one until our departure from this earth.
RIP Mr.Andrew Williams. You were my dads favorite and finally they are singing together there.I have been listening his wonderful singing since 1960ties. I was planning to go to his concert but...I met him two weeks ago in my dream where he was jogging with me and I ran around the corner to find my wife to meet him, too late ,I woke up... Thank you for the great songs, I sing them day and night, where ever I go.
I grew up watching Andy Williams on TV. -You were blessed with a great talent and you improved on it and helped others along the way. Loved all your songs, what a beautiful voice, so glad we have these videos to watch, you are soooo missed and NEVER Forgotten. As the song says, "MAY EACH DAY" - YES the words say it all. I know that you are singing with the angels in Heaven now. Thanks for entertaining us all with your gift and sharing it. RIP -ANDY.
I would get excited when I'd hear the song "Moon River". That meant one of my favourite shows was starting. When he sang this song I would be sad because the program was over. This is a fitting song to say thank you and good bye, Mr. Williams - part of my childhood memories.
When I was a little girl and watched The Andy Williams Show on TV, I would not move from the screen until he sang the last few phrases of this song. When Andy sang this, my Mom would "shush" everyone in the living room, so I could hear. I think she got a big kick out of my crush! All these years later, "in the wee small hours," I still listen to him sing this song. It's even better with the RU-vid experience! Thank you for posting these beautiful videos!
Rest in the same peace that your velvet voice has brought me for as long as I remember. For your music and voice, I am humbled - enjoy your next ride, and please keep singing whever you vibrate.
Simple yet beautiful lyrics. The song seems to be a response or a way to console someone. I think that's where the sadness comes from and... beauty. A wonderful song for a wonderful unique singer beats whatever is playing on tv now by a far, far margin. I like how at the end Andy smiles in satisfaction. He knows he did a beautiful job and how RIGHT he IS!!!
What a great song. Im only 21 and love this music. My favorite is Frank Sinatra,he is all I listen to, but I have recently been getting into Andy Williams more and more. What a beautiful voice and I will admit a very good looking guy.
My mum loved Andy Williams and particularly this song. I remember her playing this a lot when I was a child. She died last year and now Andy is gone too. RIP
Firstly, Andy is a gift from God. And on comparison-singing if another were to sing this beautiful song, he is magic. Also wonder how J. Mathis, another of God's gifts, would sing this.
