the initial of the inrush current capture data may be only in a short time of the motor starting current .if it capture the wave current not at the peak ,it may be under .like some meter name （peak）.that mean that this meter is not a inrush current measure mothod.you can found that the current is different. AND not a same brand of meter it inrush measure mothod may not the same,and capture the current maybe not the same for it capture it current at a very short time.you can go to fluke.com to understand the inrush measure,i also learn from EEVBLOG AND other,thx for watching.👍

if A current clamp have DC current measure normal will stay at AC/DC current clamp and also have A ZERO current switch function on the meter for DC current ZERO for meaning.

it must be take A calculate of the reading ,not direct read the Value the DC current meter can direct ,& fast for read the reading,sir.

i AM so sorry for this ,and also i have A japan SANWA clamp meter also use A few month and the LCD no any display,company also say can't repair and sent back again to me.it is because in this few year LESS to buying their product,hope they will correct the custom service later,thx for watching.

you did not know some of 9v battery meter,inside have a step down voltage ic to convert to 5v or 3.3v supply the main board sir.
