Ms. Liwanag is the 11th Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian of Visayas State University Class of 2022. Under the Bachelor of Science in Development Communication, she obtained a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 1.077 - one of the highest accumulated grades of an undergraduate student in the history of the university.
