Probably the most heartfelt video I've seen about Kobe! I got emotional! People today don't understand Kobe's impact for our generation! Damn! Mamba Forever! Thank you for this brother!
Pero sadly parang nakakalimutan na how great he was. 😢😢😢
We're still here my dude. Let's keep him alive in the discussions. His legend speaks for itself. No media bias, no changing of the narrative just pure love for the game! Salute
For me, Kobe is not only an idol or superstar. He is my hero, his story will be worth sharing with all generations that will come. A legend na kahit wala na siya you still want to be like him. Mamba ♾️
My childhood hero....dahil sa kanya nahilig ako mag basketball...inaral at ginaya ko jumpshot niya shooting form at fadeway form....my GOAT Kobe Bean Bryant the BLACK MAMBA❤❤❤❤❤❤R.I.P my IDOL
For all of us Kobe Fans, even though the corrupted sports media and bandwagon fans keep changing the narrative. Let's keep Kobe Bryant's legacy alive just by including him in the discussions. He may be gone, but his legend lives not just in basketball, but how he was able to translate that in Life. May you rest in peace, Kobe! Salute.
Happy birthday, Kobe Bean Bryant! 💜💛 I was getting emotional habang pinapanood ng ito coz I'm a Kobe fan. Ever since 9 years old pa lang ako siya na idol ko na siya...
Kobe to me wasn't just a simple basketball player, a superstar or an icon that he is. Growing up watching Kobe, I saw him like a real life superhero or a god amongst men, he was inevitable. However growing up watching him in front of our TV screens, I was exposed to seeing his failures, setbacks and mistakes. In spite of all those mistakes, he came back stronger, matured and showed us what it is like to live a life with purpose. Mamba Mentality ika nga. Remembering him today for his 45th birthday and this is such a treat, Ize. Salamat! Happy Birthday, Bean! 💛💜
Kobe is the reason why I fell in love with basketball kaya thank you so much Sir Ize for making this video. I actually am anticipating the release of this vid since last year kase the concept of the video was teased sa Twitter haha Always a big fan of your work po Sir mapa "Bakits" or "Hoops Highlights" haha
Thank you! It's very well thought, organised. I sensed the heartfelt tribute and a connection as a true fan. Thank you man! I have Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant as my 1A and 1B in terms of greatness. The only way I got to watch Mike was through VCDs and DVDs (Bet you can guess my age lol). But Kobe, man (wipes tears)... Kobe was the greatest I have watched LIVE. This man made me jump up and down, cry and shout. Those were the days! I've followed Kobe Bean since late 90s as a kid and played the Lakers on NBA Live, In the Zone and Hangtime. There was something different even on video games about Kobe. I don't know what was it back then, but he Got IT. Dad introduced me to hoops, instantly fell in love. What made me love it even more was the Lakers, Shaq and Kobe. But then, these two knuckleheads decided to partways even after being a dynasty. From then on, while growing up, I turned from a fan to a legit homer. LOL. My brother and I are very big Kobe Fans, like to death. Debating neighbors, peers and all. It was fun especially when the team was winning. I remembered way back 2005 wherein we didn't have network coverage on TV to watch games live. We tuned in to play by play on NBA.com and just imagining how the game went. That's how we were immersed with the Lake Show and Kobe. After all that Championships and all, legendary career, impeccable work ethic, and maniacal drive. The death of Kobe stunned us. Probably one of the worst days of our lives cos how much he meant to us growing up. Now, I'm a grown ass man, married and have a son, named KOBE. Peace out.
Napaiyak mo ako sir while watching this video.
Thank you not just as basketball player that we idolize and looked up. But, being as a hero. Your mamba mentality (personally) I always always carry. Whatever I want to do On and Off the Court. We miss you Kob 😢❤🏀
Man, this video made me miss those days nung naglalaro pa si Kobe. Truly one of the GOAT.
#MambaMentality08/24
Hindi ko talaga pinag-sisihan na umabsent ako sa klase para sa last game ni kobe kahit sa tv lang nanuod. it was definitely a treat to watch him one last time(lalo na siguro yung mga nanuod ng live sa staples center). Nice tribute kay kobe sir ize! Happy birthday in heaven mamba!♾️🐍
Man,watching this video put me in my emotional state. I'm really one of those people na didn't like how he plays, i'm a magic/cp3/nash fan before but last 2-4 years ago everything change to me. From the work ethic,on how i should see the basketball and how should competitive i must be. It's all because of Kobe. One thing i always remember from Him, It's not about how many you score you have, assist and rebounds. It's always how you help your team to win,how you step up when you are need. (Forget on which interview He said this.) Thank you Kobe and also thank you Hoops Highlights! This means a lot.
A true and legit testimony of a player hardwork, determination, work ethic killer instinct and competitiveness, LEGEND lives in our hearts forever♥️💪..MAMBA MENTALITY
For me Kobe is the greatest basketball player of all time, the IMPACT he had on the game of basketball was unmatched. Others can say, MJ is the greatest ever, Magic is the greatest ever, Lebron is the greatest ever but you can't deny the fact that KOBE is something else. The charisma and passion he had for the game is just amazing. We still miss you Kobe, RIP. 💜💛
He was a 5 time nba champion but i still wearing his number 24 is because i want to be like him and also i was a basketball but i was listing for his motviation he makes me more motivate better than ever Farwell mamba😢❤
Kobe!!!
Nakakalungkot man pero long lasting ang impact Nya sa basketball world Rip Mamba

Unang NBA Finals na pinanood ko yung 2009, sayang nga Lebron vs Kobe sana yon. si Kobe ang unang idol ko and ended up being a Laker fan ever since kahit na winaste nila yung final prime years ni Kobe. Sayang na di niya naabutan na nagchampion ang Lakers nung 2020 but he was the inspiration of that Lakers team. Happy birthday, Mamba!
We have to remember even Nike took him for granted. Siya yung isa sa dapat may lifetime contracts na with the brand knowing how good even his shoes are
Di ko rin talaga magets why people nowadays speacially mga new nbs kids fanboys, why they rank lebron as a goat? Like kahit sa mga current and old retired NBA players they choose kobe over lebron kahit MJ ang true goat he choose kobe.
early on his career his first decisive play off was utah nag airball sya then his last game was utah first quarter airball but then the black mamba picked up scored 60pts on utah
Ang hindi ko makalimutan kay Kobe aside doon 81 points against Toronto Raptors is yun Naoutscore nya ang entire team all by himself. Naoutscore nya ang entire Dallas Team. at halftime, KOBE 62 - Mavericks 61! It never happen s kasaysayan ng NBA! it never happen in entire Basketball history!🏀
When Everybody talking LBJ and MJ Kobe will never evr be excluded. For he's not underrated until today's for he still ahead of time together with this goats
Did you know Kobe scored his first points sa free throw, scored 80 & 81 sa free throw, Shoots free throw despite getting his Achilles raptured, scored his last shot sa free throw that gave him 60.
