Calamares
Ingredients
1kg Squid
2cups Flour
1cup cornstarch
12g Magic Sarap
Salt
1Tsp Chili Powder
Ground Pepper
4pcs Eggs
Bread Crumbs
3pcs Calamansi
Oil
Procedure
*Remove squids head and everything inside it, then remove squids skin and wings
*Wash to clean squid
*Cut body into rings
*Season with Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder
then Squeeze 3pcs Calamansi, mix well
*Ads 8g Magic Sarap, mix well
*Let sit for 10mins
*Prepare Breading Mix, Beaten Eggs and Bread Crumbs as shown in the video
*Do the FEB Method, coat with Flour➡️Egg➡️Bread crumbs
*Prepare Pan in Medium Heat, add Oil
*Let hot before Frying
*Fry until Golden Brown is achieved
Now it's cooked and ready to serve
