*Great game. Either of the two deserved to emerge victorious. The number of national team players in this match was extraordinary. The best-played match this weekend.*
I had a bad feeling about this game but obviously went with my heart on this one. I remember as an LAFC fan being so ecstatic being a fan of the expansion team back in 2018 and they stunned Seattle in their home opener. LA basically got a taste of their own medicine. ACFC really had chances to score tonight and couldn't officially punch it in. My 2 critiques were the attacking third and the substitutes that came way late in the game. Hopefully a far better performance in Orlando.
Frankly, I was not surprised at the result when I saw that playing out from the back. Maybe that's my bias. I've always thought it's dangerous to do that when playing against an unknown like Bay FC - you never know what to expect and the Angels got punished. There seemed to be some miscomm between the back 4. Also, the previous players who made such a mark last season are missing through injury or were transferred (missing Endo!). The attack seemed a little lacking in planning and coordination (all that goal mouth scrambles!) but good showing from Meggie and nice to see Anderson getting more game time (as much as I like Haracic)
I thought the angels did well. So many chances to score but just going against a good goal keeper. This was just the first game and I would not worry about anything going wrong for them
Bueno yo pienso . En poco tiempo de juego dieron mucho .
