This lady has the most incredible vocals. I’m an old punk rocker at heart. I have no idea how this got on my feed but I feel blessed to listen to such an angelic voice….
Hard to believe she's almost 60 and Juice still looks beautiful and still has that sweet voice!! This is one song I don't think I will ever get tired of hearing.
I said the same thing! (Until i realized she had to take it down from Ab-major to G. It's fine. The voice fades. However, it's important that the song be in A-flat because Ab has that cold, sort of lonely feeling. (Same reason Somewhere Over the Rainbow is also in Ab-flat. Blue. Or even Les Paul & Mary Ford's "Song in Blue.")
@@fyremanbill Written by James Voight, brother of famous actor Jon Voight... he released it under a pseudonym, Chip Todd... He, also, wrote the classic "Wild Thang"... But, this song is a classic standard! #BigLove
Yes, she's so blessed to still be looking beautiful at her age of 60, and still have that young beautiful angelic voice.😃 Wow! how i love her, her song and performance!❤️ Bravo!!!👍👌👏👏👏🤩😍💕💖💝
I really love this song ❤ and to hear it again on June of 2024, brings back some good memories of my Younger days and growing up ❤👍. Hearing the song still today is so great.
Hermoza canción siempre me a gustado está dama hermosa la primera vez que ví y oí este clásico tenía 11 años grandes recuerdos no me canso de escucharla
I was a young Marine in Vietnam, we came in the firebase every 6- 8 weeks or so from patrolling the jungle ..... and listen to a small transistor radio, that melody is a good memory.
Thank you for your service to our country and safe return. My brother was never the same afterwards living everyday afraid finally finding peace before his time.
Back in the 80s, I was skiing in Crested Butte. It was the last run of a terrific day on the slopes. As we came down the mountain, we heard live music coming from below. At the base of the run was a giant bar called The Rafters which had a large 2nd story outdoor deck that looked over the hill to watch the skiers coming down. Shussing to a stop, we were thrilled to see a Juice Newton concert happening from the deck for us all to enjoy! As the sun slowly retreated over the gorgeous mountains, my buddy and I danced in our skis on the snow, sipping the wine from my boda bag, as Juice and her band sang to us in the crisp mountain air. THAT was an afternoon I won't forget.

Wow - how does she DO that?? Incredible. Now quite as much power as the original, but more emotion. AND (unlike a lot of performers) she's actually PLAYING that 12-string. And looking gorgeous doing it.

OLD SONGS always bring back good memories of our past... those were the days when Songwriters have high moral standards for their chosen words/lyrics that remain/stay in our thoughts and hearts...
I was ten years old when I was in the Philippines, 1978 . The hotel I stayed at with my parents. The Bayview park hotel , had juice Newton playing on the lobby speakers . Day after day after day . I'm going back to the Philippines 45 years later , that will be this Christmas and I hope that song is still playing , when I walk in the lobby
Was in my kitchen in 1978 my mom was cooking and this song came on the radio and my mom started to sing, this song will forever be stuck in my head, love this song, miss you mom.
I don't think life was simpler then, but we did hold hopes for a better future throughout the world. How many younger (or older) people hold that hope today? We must rely on God first and always, we (mankind), can not do it by ourselves.
This was an epic performance, not many videos get a double watch by me this one got a triple watch, im impressed how the way its sung has changed over the years, this is a beautiful piece of music that is pleasant for the ear to hear.
Incredible performance by the whole band!! The original song lacked a powerful Guitar solo...glad this had one ... Juice Newton....WOW...!! Those are some pipes!
My wife and I used to play this song so often, that our son who is 46 now still appreciates it and tells me it is one of the best songs ever, thank you for the memories 👏😊
Holy shit that last note ..she gave me goosies..how did she do that?? Still has a great voice after all these years and has aged great..love you Juice!
I don't think it's an exaggeration at all to say that Juice Newton is my first, and only, true love, and it's all because of this song, and the first time I ever heard it back in my youth. Her voice, and her beauty, still gives me chills ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you "America" for your great music to the world, for your great iconic artists and so much more....American artists have contributed a lot to the world music.....this lady is indeed an american treasure....Greetings from São Paulo - Brazil 28.04.2024
Here is is many, many years, years remembered well, since she first sang this song. All those years singing and her voice held extremely well, showing a few breaks that actually add to the song's character.
This song sounds liked my real life relationship. Words just don't come easy for me. At all. But I know I love you. From the heart of the one that loves you.
Man brings back some memories one of my all-time favorite singers male or female I sure wish you would to tour again and come to Huntsville Alabama never get tired of listening to your voice
One the best vibrato voices off all time. Juice & Chrissie from Pretenders just had that vibrato that most wish they had! Coming from an old school Heavy Metal singer....
Wow! I have listened to this song hundreds of times and still love it! Love the band! Love your 12 string guitar! Love the lead guitar towards the end! love your voice control Juice and especially when you hold that note FOREVER towards the end of the song....Thank you so much!!!!
This really is a perfect song and a perfect voice. I've always loved this song and during a recent hospital stay for 8 days, I played it countless times. It helped me forget the discomforts of the moment and reenergize. Tremendous appreciation for Chip Taylor, Juice Newton, and everyone's timeless efforts.
When I wasn’t even twenty yet I thought she was way underrated as a musician. The accurate phonetics and intensity of her voice and lack of typical aging sloppiness escapes so many outside of a few like Billy Joel, Emmylou, Nanci Griffith and Merle Haggard. A musician transcends their lucky time of life and youth.
I remember this song when I was just a kid, haven’t heard it in years. What an incredible live performance, absolutely perfect. She holds that last “Darling” for 20 seconds. Then just when you think it’s over she keeps that 12 string going and the electric guitar solo comes in. Wow…..
I am an melanin rich woman and this song just popped in my head and I love it so, diversity in my love of music the world could see it feel the beauty♢ grandmother my beautiful grandmother used to listen to Engelbert Humperdinck~♡~2022
I was a kid when I first heard this song and it really hit home with me I love this song and it is always has dwelled in my heart to hear this thank you
Everytime I hear this song it givese goosebumps....Outstanding is one of the many platitudes that have come over the years for Juice Newton..Thank you for such a heavenly voice and song..
Que hermosa canción su letra su fondo musical....la escucho díez o más veces continúas y no me aburre el intérprete su voz muy Baronil...y el vídeo excelente es de mis favoritas.
When I am watching Music videos on my phone, I always return at this vídeo of Juice singing angel of the morning... it's a magician song!...now, from Nocupétaro Michoacán México.
