Some years ago, I found a folder containing several years worth of poetry and prose I had written as a teenager and young adult. Upon reading them, it struck me that every single page, every piece I'd written, was in some way expressing my need and extreme desire to, "find my way back home." It was really eye opening ❤

Having compassion is a great thing. But, we have to remember that (although we don’t remember it), we have all chosen our lives. We all have to live through certain pain in order for our soul to grow. It is not to say that we let others suffer, but help where we can. Make a difference in your neighbourhood, your neighbour, your city. If all grateful & compassionate people do that, it will eventually spread all over the world. ❤️
