Thought of the Day Have you ever had one of those days? One of those days when you can do nothing but panic. You try to tell yourself that you are fine. But then you have that feeling like you are getting crushed by the weight of your problems… Almost like, you are drowning. It is called hyper-vigilance. I’ve had plenty of those days where I just want to scream for help but then I panic because I start being afraid that none would hear me or rescue me. Just for that brief moment of clarity and reassurance that I will be okay and those simple words to be whispered in my ear that I am not alone in these battles that I face. I am the problem I want to blame myself for everything. I’d go to bed with the wheels spinning inn my head so fast I couldn’t stop them if I tried. I’d awaken in the morning in pain and misery. You know how many times I felt like giving up and throwing in the towel? I would panic over anything and everything and then before I knew it I would dive right into the pool of depression. And it wasn’t always about being sad. I had great things happen in my life. But there was that fear in the back of my mind that the bad days would return for me like a raging fire and consume me. I tried many times to fix myself. Reliance on others wasn’t going to happen. I had to much selfish pride built up inside me. So I would hide. I would try to hide away from everyone. I would put on a happy face but underneath that happy face was a man that was torn up and worn out. My demons that haunted me; didn’t come to rest inside my head-they wanted me dead. Howard Sinclair

Ese Parte (that part) When trying to explain to a friend or family member what's going on inside my mind is like trying to explain trigonometry to an infant. It's one thing tangled up in a billion other things and on top of that, anxiety with bi-polar can be a battle. I Know I am not alone in this fight. I can't believe I just found you. This is me everyday. Not many people understand the struggle. I always say I dance with the devil daily. I take medication daily. Have PTSD, manic Depression, ADHD, anxiety and panic disorder. Have been to numerous therapists, no one understands they even say they can't help because I'm too "complex". I learned how to cope in my own way. Love your music. Very relatable to me, and that's hard to find.

@@ProblematicHipHop now I had to put my 90 year old grandmother on hospice and when she goes I am going to be hurt deeper. She will see those gone before us but she has been my whole life and world. I don't know how much more I can take. She told me that she and I were going to Heaven. I'm so sad and depressed Alzheimer's really sucks. Thank you for being so kind to people like us that battle constantly in our heads. You are one of a kind.

I am very Sorry and I know that is a part of your heart that will hurt forever. It seems each obstacles break a little more of our hearts and especially those who have kind ones. I never thought my grandmother would not know me but Alzheimer's is really hard. Since it is the brain and it causes people to act or speak in ways they normally wouldn't. Then you have those like my grandmother who tells it like it is and she holds nothing back. She want let my mom do anything for her. We have 5 generations and my oldest daughter and I lived with her until Shayla was 6 months. It spans 90 years old to 9 years old. I would have loved to have grown up in my grandmother's time. I am going minute to minute because obstacles are not stopping my nephew is own his way to drug rehab by his own decision. Thank you for sharing and be understanding but my obstacles keep coming and I am about to break. Keep doing what you are doing because you are making a difference for many people. You are blessed with talents and I am thankful for that. Take care

1 year later and still listening to this. It's become one of my favorites. Everyone is fighting a war in their heads and until you live it you can't understand their pain. It's like going to war in the military and experience something traumatic and you come back traumatized. No one can see what you seen unless they were there. It's the same thing with depression and suicidal thoughts.

The whole song I felt deeply.... truthfully I ask myself if I will rise or fall and it's like a seesaw.....I stopped doing acid, shrooms, alcohol and weed but I'm slowly relapsing on it all because I don't like my mind sober....been in psych wards, got kicked out of therapist offices, hell I been on a medication that helped for 2 weeks before it started to affect how I worked..... medication kept me up for 3days, gave me wickedly bad insomnia but was helping before my body got use to it.....I went back to alcohol mainly because it's only way I can sleep for the past week and half.... listening to this song helps me remind myself that I'm not alone.....thank you for making this song man.....just thank you.....😭😭

I can relate to this a lot, I'm currently 18 and I lost my relationship and still dwell about it even though it was 7 months ago,. I'm scared for my best friend being injured from the military since he's joining the Marines. Now, this making me think a lot. Like it's crazy we all have in common. I have just been diagnosed with PTSD, depression and anxiety. Its a struggle because my own family doesnt understand how hard it is for me to explain whats going on with me and why its happening. Music is the only thing that helps me anymore. Thank you Problematic because this song and the series of angel vs demon helps me feel like im sane and not insane. I cant stop ever listening to this. I lost my dad November 2013 i was 8 months pregnant with my son i waited until i had my son and then got addicted to drugs i battled demons every day i got clean March 6th 2022 then found my mom dead May 5th 2023 and the devil got me i started back im trying my best to stop music is the only thing that helps

That's awful and that's the insanity of drug addiction in a nutshell just when you think you are good life gets in the way and throws you for a loop. Next thing you know your calling detox AGAIN looking for a bed. I know the routine very well. Thanks to God and my hard, damn hard, work I had 11 years off heroin in March. I couldn't deal with my issues and loved the way drugs just masked my emotions they make everything easier to deal with... Temporarily anyway. They just make sense when you're low even tho we know it's a horrible idea we can't help ourselves. I don't ever take for granted the fact that I could slip at any moment for no reason at all but I was actually having a great day and it just seemed like a good idea. It sucks the way it creeps up on you. Stay strong. And good thinking staying with the music it's so cathartic or helped me... Bon Jovi literally saved me through my worst depression ever no word of a lie. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. ❤

God knows I have many demons and I pray daily for strength while some days I end I praying for forgiveness for my failure to have that strength. God's helped me through a hard time and I'm still growing and trying to succeed through my failures. Anyone who's had to hustle or been addicted knows this struggle , but being aware and knowing you can beat it is where it begins. Keep it up homie, don't change for punks and stay true to you

To everyone who still might be struggling there is hope. Afte being seperated from my wife and children as we were both in prison we are now clean have our kids and happier then ever.
