my aquarius queens, i wanna be like them one day and i can’t believe Toni Morrison has transitioned but very well much alive in my dreams and aspirations. love them both with so much honor!!!
I love what Toni Morrison says. She is such a prolific and erudite woman. She reminds me of a sociologist with a hint of an individual who studies humanities. She understands almost every situation in the world.
I meant that it's ridiculous that this video doesn't have millions of views, as I wish it did. I was simply wondering, what else could be more important and more worthy of listening to than these two amazing people... sorry if that wasn't clear in my original post. No offence intended. I searched for this video because I wanted to watch it... and you only find this kinda video if you go looking for it, so....
I will have to say I enjoyed watching this video of these two beautiful intelligent black women, especially Ms. Davis. Just looking and admiring Angela Davis, what a beautiful woman, even in her 70's! I can watch and listen to her all day. This is my definition of strong black and beautiful. Woman crush everyday! I wish I can have a sit down with her. Also every book Ms. Morrison has written is on my bookshelf. I look up to these two and totally have admiration for them both.
Have any one stopped for a moment and realise that these "LADIES" have lived trough periods of 9 or 10 president's. Fighting to bring about enlightenment to the people wich wasn't at the mercy of the US government. Kudos to these legend.
This made me cry with pride and joy, the intro, with Nina Simone singing, "I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel T Be Free" and when they stood and began to walk to the stage, the cameraman vintage point of them from behind, made them appear to look like gaints, and indeed the are, what a beautiful moment. I love and admire them both, rest in eternal peace Toni Morrison, the greatest writer the world has ever known, your legacy will live eternally.
A worthwhile endeavor celebrating libraries and encouraging more countries to make books accessible to their citizens, and strangers visiting. I am in the struggle/the fight to get prison reformation on the ballots. And, I love you both so much.
Bruh!!! Her Toilet is on the OTHER SIDE of her SINK!! She had a framed picture from a Denial when she wrote for a NOBEL PRIZE Sheesssh!! Rest in Perfect Peace Queen. You Did the Damn Thang!!
Guest bathrooms by the front door downstairs are very small and narrow rectangular one side has the toilet facing the sink. The door is usually on the lomg side of the rectangle
This conversation is so timeless and lovely. It brings me a tremendous peace to hear their wisdom and be allowed a glimpse of their personal connection.
"In my GUEST Bathroom...You know the One Downstairs....That 'One' " Toni Morrison Stunttin On EM!! Yessma'am!! Black Intelligence Black Excellence!! Sheesh!!
I know you ment that as a compliment, but girls, no no no, these are two grown mature and intelligent women grown women, they are in no way girls. If they were men, would you have called them boys.

Ironic: Toni Morisson says that there is no country with as large a system of libraries as we have in the USA. I suspect she's right. But I've also read that among the industrial nations, we Americans on average read LESS than citizens of other countries. Incredible.
Miss Morrison is absolutely right in considering the 'violence' inflected on the perpetrators, as Fanon expounds about in The Wretched of the Earth (1961).
OH Mrs. DAVIS You are SMART SMART. That NEVER crossed my Mind!!!!!!!!! SHEEEEEESSSSSSHHHHHHHH!! DAMMMIIITTTT MAN. WE ARE SUCH AN INTELLIGENT PEOPLE. MY GODDESS. LOL BUT FRFR.
I have to respectfully disagree with Toni Morrison about not finding libraries in Africa that is a preconceived theory from extreme media. You can't just say Africa without saying the African Continent which has 55+ countries or more. Where do she think most of the greatness out of the African countries come from? Books! Libraries! Education! 🙄😳😒
Toni has fundamentally changed my outlook on death. the beautiful nature of it ""Death is the mother of beauty. Only the perishable can be beautiful, which is why we are unmoved by artificial flowers" is what she said. And like cmon it shifts you, ya know? However, I do watch these videos and feel the loss of her in this world in a time we need her voice the most.
