Hi cuz'ns, here's my Southern Homemade Tasty & Comforting Chicken Broth Recipe! My chicken Broth recipe can be used all year long for many Delicious, Tasty & Healthy recipes on our dinner tables. This is a simple & easy go to recipe that will be a staple on many tables , in many of our dinners that we will prepare for our families.
Ingredients:
2-3 Boneless/ Skinless Chicken Breast ( Please cuz'ns clean thoroughly w/ a lemon & luke-warm water)
1/2 Salted Butter
4 Celery Stalks (Be sure to thoroughly clean all vegetables & dry off w/ a clean paper-towel)
1- Onion (Lg.)
Organic Thyme- (1 Tablespoon)
Onion Powder- (2 Tablespoons Season to taste cuz'ns)!
Garlic Powder- (1 Tablespoon) or 1 Fresh Garlic Clove
Ground Black Pepper-(Season to taste)
Chicken Broth- (1- 2lb., box) & Be sure to refill box only once w/ cold water!
Water- (3 Cups full)
*Rule of thumb family is to cover our meat w/ 1/2 pan of cold water over our meat.
* Cook Time is: 25 mins
