You just have to be careful with fasting. You gain it back faster than you lost it. I gained 4 lbs in one day. I did a 7 day fast lost 7 lbs. Then ate some french fries. Checked the scale the next day i gained 4 back. You have to eat really clean after fasting.

Fantasia is in a better place mentally, spiritually, physically, and financially. Plus she's married to a man who mentally and spiritually covers her and she gets that good loving. Trust and believe that whole combination will usually change a woman's life. She's no longer a broken woman, now she's whole. So what she's singing about now is coming from a different type of woman, on a whole new level. I could not see her singing "Baby Mama" and Free yourself". Fantasia is a classy lady. Her outfits are always on full slay. She does not be playing at all. Her conversation is full of grace, she's not all boisterous and loud. Angela Yee reminds me of a Young Angie Martinez. Angie Martinez is one of the best female radio personalities and interviewers, so I'm giving her a great compliment. I like how Fantasia is not getting all into the sex conversation. She's cracking up though, she know its true though. Why does the lady at the end sound just like Erica Mena? That's right Fantasia don't you talk about how great your husband is in bed. I know Kendall already had a sit down with you about not talking about that stuff in public.
