I really wanted to watch your reactions to her singing this song. i Know that you really love and support Angelica. I am sorry that you did not get to see her when she was in Toronto. But, I know you will see your "Little Muffin" in the future. We all know that Angelica is EXTREMELY GIFTED, Beyond Amazing. At 10 years old, Angelica can out-sing many in the industry right now. Does she have room for growth.? Yes. Of course. But, there is a lot to consider. This was a live performance with no editing or auto tune. This was Angelica's natural voice and it is powerful and beautiful. She did not sing it in a studio with re-takes which shows just how truly gifted she is. Angelica has so much poise, stage presence, maturity, humility, passion and love for music and people who are in need. Her vocal control is stunning. Her runs are effortless and better than many adults that try to do what she does so easily. I try to listen to her as an artist, although she is only 10, and she is amazing already. When she gets older, her voice and vocal control will be even better. But, right now Angelica sings songs that have great meaning to her. She needs the right material to sing. Nothing inappropriate for her age. The songs must have substance because Angelica is very sensitive to social, societal, human challenges and needs songs that will allow her to express who she is as a person and the things she feels so passionately about. I am so proud of Angelica. She captivated and leaped into my heart. We are watching her grow, mature, and following her dream. Thanks again. Loved your reaction Continued blessings

Great reaction! I still remember your reaction on her first audition. I too missed an opportunity to see her live here in Vancouver, but they will be back here. So sorry Pink, Angelica just blew you out of the water. Nothing to be ashamed of, Angelica has done it to so many artists. I honestly believe Angelica's covers have been better than every original with exception to Chandalier. But this performance was out of this world.

this song was composed by the guy they were honoring who composed it originally as an instrumental by people like Kenny G. later lyrics cme out and it was a jazz tune with singers like Diana Krall and later turned into country and sung by Jim Reeves and Dusty Springfield and its Angels version of Dustys version long story but it shows Angels versatility she got music instead of blood transfusions

She is growing up to fast! I am so afraid she hasnt had the chance to be just a child and enjoy normal things. It even looks they lightened her hair... oh such a little angel!! I worry for her.
she is a child that is the happiest kid in America her family and especially her baby sister have the greatest family watching her living her dream you heard her at four this is what she wants to do and she showed that on Capitol hill last month addressing to United States congress on healthcare reforms need she is brilliant and coming from a 10 year old new healcare reform in 4 states to address Angels fixes
al melrose , what i am talking about is child stars that grow up to fast and miss out on other things and just being a kid. Angelica is extremely talented, she has a very great stage presence and her story is a miracle, but i can already see that she has been coached on what to say even when was competing. Yes, she loves her family and they love her, but honestly, when you ask a 4 yr old or 9 yr old big questions... do you really feel the are old enough, wise enough, and have lived long enough and i mean by experience to answer those questions. If you cannot see that she has been coached in her replies then i am sorry for you. Angelic is "living her dream" or was it the parents dream for her and that made it hers. Read up in child stars and the issues they have later on in life. I am only trying to make you and others see that this IS a lot for a CHILD to deal with. Also, her voice will change a bit at some point. There is schooling, what about college... school events, parties, games, playground fun, beach trips... what about sleep and making sure she doesnt over tax her throat. You can all oooh aaahh and awww over her cuteness and voice, but what about her, her mental stability, her emotional stability... kids her age go through changes, tantrums, keeping grounded is key. Are you a parent? Do you know what it is like to watch your child exhaust themselves to make others happy? Watching a child grow up that tries to act more adult then the child that they are is heartbreaking. I have seen it, watched it and wish others would pay attention. This goes for all child stars.
