Hi Dame I'm asking you to remember the one truest thing about Angelina Jordan: she doesn't choose songs to suit her voice. She adapts her voice to these songs!!! That is why she is called the singer of a thousand voices! Also, don't repeat again that she is comfortable and chooses songs for her voice! Because this is no art! Many singers and singers who do covers can only choose songs that will suit their voice. It's different with Angelina. That's why it's unique. And I'm asking you to remember that. AJ can perform a Capella, or with one or two instruments to follow her lead and give you chills with each performance. I have always enjoyed all genres of music, and being 75, I have experienced the best the industry has to offer, from the early 50s, to 2023, but I have never been moved emotionally in the past anywhere close to what Angelina Jordan does from 7 to 17. When I heard Celine Dion perform in a tint in Québec when she was a child, I predicted she would be the next world superstar, and the rest is history. Celine did not sign a record contract until she was in her early 20s. David Foster, who made Celine a star flew to Norway after Angelina wone NGT and tried to sign her, but her family wanted to stay in control of her future. Angelina, at 13, appeared on AGT and getting worldwide recognition signed with the largest record company in the world at age 14, Republic Records. The story is that Monty Lipman, the CEO, and known as the Star Maker, personally signed her even without meeting AJ, he was shown a video of her performance. She was scheduled to have a concert in Norway with Lionel Richey in the summer of 2020, but the pandemic happened & the concert was postponed. Them singing this duet would have been EPIC!!! This is just her recording herself "raw" with her cellphone in her room. Unbelievably beautiful!
Believe it or not there is a mashup in existence of Lionel Richie, Diana Ross and Angelina singing this classic together. It was put together beautifully and I know I don't have to tell you this, but Angelina fits in perfectly with the other two superstars.
I remember reading somewhere that there were some plans for her to perform together with Lionel Richie but because of the COVID-19 pandemia this performance would have been cancelled.

It being a charity event for anti-bullying, Angelina insisted that she perform. The grit and determination we hear as she reaches for the high note, only to have her voice momentarily fail her, and crack, is one of those heart-wrenching moments that just further endear us to Angelina.
I know you need to react to make a ‘reaction’ video, but I don’t know how you can stand to talk over her singing. I often need to hold my breath to listen, because even that gets in the way of my hearing and feeling every emotion she conveys.

@@dame313 New to Angelina or new to you? I have listened to 10/12 your AJ reactions, and I have listened to Angelina and related reactions several hours per day for about 16 consecutive months. (I have the addiction.) I have copied and saved nearly every comment I have written in social media. Short of doing a word count, I search my saved comments on the letter ‘e’ as an approximation, and I find more than 51K. Using this comment as an example, I have probably written over 100K words.
