At this point in time you are watching a six year old Norwegian girl singing in her third language reading the lyrics in English. This was her forth song in this sound booth at her school. The other songs being Rolling In The Deep, Hurt and Sky Fall. She speaks Norwegian, Persian and English. She is enrolled in after school program at her school. She is taking singing, voice, piano, violin and flute lessons. Busy girl.

If you are 3 songs in, I don't think you will be coming back out of the rabbit hole until you reach the other end. LOL As a couple of others have said, your volume is too low, hers was fine. I also noticed crackling, or skipping, but that could have been my laptop. I hate this thing. Other than that, great reaction. Six years old... I can't even imagine. Every time I hear Angelina sing this, it makes my eyes sweat. She just released a new single yesterday, "7th Heaven", and I won't say it is my favorite of her 5 originals and 130 or so covers, but it's up there amongst my favorites. This young lady has so many great videos, and I will be subscribing to follow your journey. An amazing singer, and an attractive lady, who wouldn't subscribe. : ) Keep up the good work, and I look forward to seeing "your reaction" to many, many more of Angelina's videos.

Hi gary, thank you so much for your comment! The compliments, keep them coming! Lol. As you can tell I'm definitely new to this and working on the tech stuff is a work in progress. But I am working on it. I did react to 7th heaven and it is up now. That's the last one I did and I couldn't believe it! That is my favorite so far! I love the beach the tempo and of course her amazing vocals. The volume crackling is on my end. I could hear it and my speakers and on playback but I didn't want to redo the video because it wouldn't have been an honest reaction. And it was only for a few seconds so I just let it go. But I'm not going to overlook it want to get it fixed definitely! Thank you for subbing. I truly appreciate you! Cheers. JC

@@TheSpeakEasyLounge, You have my respect, for at least trying. I'm sure I couldn't do it. You will get lots of pointers from the comments. Some will be good, and useful... others not so much. Take them with a grain of salt, and work at your own pace to reach the end you desire. I was hooked on your reactions when you said you hate stopping the video often. This is one of my biggest gripes with "reaction" videos. There have been quite a few that I started with, that I dropped later, because it was no longer a "reaction" video. A lot of them became another person after they reached a certain number of subscribers. My favorite so far, and I've followed him for 5 or 6 years, is Jamel_AKA_Jamal, and he is up to over 705,000 subscribers and just started a second channel, so he's doing something right. The studio she's in is at "Kulturskolen" in Oslo (public school for extracurricular studies of music and other performing arts) and the technician is one of the teachers at the school. After the song. And, courtesy of Angelina's Norwegian fans, the conversation afterwards was as follow: Angelina: Was it ok? Tech: I think it was very good for being a first take. I think it was absolutely fantastic. There were some problems in the middle section ... Angelina: Yes, because ... Tech: You stumbled on the words. What do you think yourself? Angelina: Well ... it was .... fine, except for that sentence... She's 6!! yes 6. I will never be able to wrap my brain around that, and the fact that this tiny young lady at 6 is now over 6' tall at 15. Thanks for your reaction, and keep diving down the rabbit hole. You'll love every minute.

I'm a musician myself, but I've never seen such a talent before. I'm not talking about hitting the notes, notes are secondary, but I'm amazed by her unique artistry and the way she conveys emotions through music. Not many artists are able to do so.

everything was fine on audio untio just at end and your mic started popping. Glad your gonna do angelina. 130 plus covers to go you cant make a bad choice with her . i'm 69 and too old to be fighting over concert tickets but i believe she will sell out venues within an hour. i'd pay good money to work drive up window to hear her order a big mac and fries.

Thanks for another beautiful reaction with Angelina, Jennifer. Is one of her first times in a recording studio and she chooses a song like this and she also read the lyrics in English. These recordings of her first "public" moments, which also include the songs at the NGT and some of her first shows up to 9/10 years, surprise you in a particular way for that fantastic combination, between the sweet little girl and the incredible one professional with a supernatural talent, who supports her when she starts singing. I loved those moments when the 6 year old girl goes out and shows happiness to be able to do what he thought was right, with a jump or a raised thumb ... but the joy and pleasure that shines through to test herself in something that she love very much is wonderful. I barely knew the alphabet in my language at six years old 😆❤️

Glad to be here. I don't do RU-vid videos, being well into my seventies now, and frankly, I have other things I'd rather be doing with the time I've got left (watching and commenting to reactors like yourself, for instance), and I don't want to spend the time and energy it takes to do a good job as a reactor. I do appreciate those who do, though. - it's a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours a day. Glad to see you've decided to fall down the Angelina rabbit hole. Like you, I fell in love with her the first time I saw and heard her (a random pop-up in my recommendations of 'I Put A Spell On You' a few years ago). I fell for her and then shortly thereafter I fell for the community she's fostered over the years; one of the kindest and most supportive communities I've ever seen on RU-vid, and I've been here since almost day one, so that's saying something. Audio levels are much better, but I feel you could bring yours up just a notch more. Up to you, of course. It's your channel. I can hear you fine, but still find it a bit low in comparison to Angelina's video. There's also a nasty quaver in your mic at times, but that's just a hardware problem that I'm sure you'll work out in no time. I'm also glad to see you've brought out the headphones - so much of what makes her vocals so astounding can get lost without them. This is one of my favorites of hers (one of about eighty or so favorites in her vast repertoire), and it's all because of that wonderful little happy jump and smile at 4:28, when she nails that first high note. Even at six years old she's striving for perfection! Don't be too concerned about the occasional pause. It's a reaction video, so it's all part of the process. Besides, 99% of the people who are watching have probably heard this song a dozen times already, and if they want an unvarnished version, it's easy to find. I would suggest that you always put a link to the video you're reacting to in your description. That's common practice for any reaction video, and it's also a courtesy to the artist. Another fine reaction. I could see in your face how mesmerized you were. That's pretty common when listening to Angelina Jordan. She truly is one of a kind. Have another like from the west coast of Canada.

I just thought I'd do a quick reply to let you know that another poster I follow (a No Man's Sky gamer) who's been putting up videos for years and years, is suddenly encountering a similar problem on his mic that you seem to be having. He'll sound fine for a bit, then the sound will start crackling and popping, then it will stop doing it, then it will come back, and he tells me one of his other friends who also posts is having it happen as well. So, before you get too frustrated and start throwing out your equipment, consider that it may not be a problem only at your end, but something completely out of your control. Just saying.

I knew that you would like this - what is there not to like. This is just an intro showing where it started, she had not been at this after school centre very long "kulturskolen" ( we would probably call it a school of music and performing arts - you might think of "Fame"). This young lady was born to sing - in the years that follow you will see the evolution. Just before you switch to the reaction diaries, there is one particular song that suits the venue - Speak Easy Lounge - her new single just released - 7th Heaven. OK, I did sort of warn you, the flood gates have opened, I just hope you like reading lots of long comments - you may need to take notes - your in for the long haul - there's a long and winding road ahead - one thing is for sure -it's going to be fun!

Jennifer wow you have been busy reacting. I was so busy watching all the reactions to 7th Heaven, this one was flying under my radar. There is no doubt whatsoever Angelina Jordan is a music prodigy specializing in vocals and I don't know of another one. Alma Deutscher just turned 16 years old and is our current day Mozart. Alma completed her first full opera by age 11 and has composed many concertos and waltzes. She became a master playing piano and violin by age 7. I can only hope someday Angelina will write lyrics for one of Alma's beautiful melodies. Angelina is my all time favorite musical artist.

Hi Jennifer, Glad you did this one before you start going down the rabbit hole. To watch the progression of a future star in the making from 6 years old is such a rarity. If you do enough of her videos she will become "family". There are so many rehearsal and interview videos where she lets you peek into her world and you feel more connected to her. She is not only a musical prodigy but also just a really kind and caring person. There is a video titled "10 Facts you didn't know about Angelina Jordan/what's hot" presented by Talent Recap, about 11 minutes long, that you may want to check out. Anyway, you're doing a great job at this YT thing! AJ fans will support you all the way. Can't wait for the next one.

Yes you are right she was only six years old in this recording, but she handled it like a pro , ( like she has has always , been even at the tender age of just 5 - 6 years old) . thanks for this one , a much better set up , but yo still could use a better mike or more volume in your comments. that is the only problem right now for me you still a bit hard to hear. Hi Clyde- I don't like the video quality of my webcam either. My phone is so much better! Unfortunately, I can't use the phone with the software I need to record. I guess I'm going to have to go out and buy a good one. Thanks for hanging around...One more to go tonight!

I am, I promise! My husband is a musician part-time and he has all the gadgets but for some reason the audio is still giving me trouble. My last video 7th heaven, by Angelina and Jordan is a little better, but I'm still not happy with that or the video quality. I ordered a new webcam so I'm moving in the right direction, hope you'll stick around! Please Subscribe if you haven't already.

Volume is too low. (On you,shes fine) And occasionally a bit broken sounding. I suggest listening to it yourself on another device keep your volume about the same as the performance. Good luck with your reaction channel. I just subscribed.

Nice reaction. everyone said it below. & I see rotorhead gave you the translation, Remember as most kids around this age she's still learning to read & write in her own language (Norwegian) & she was also learning Farsi (Persian) & Swedish & English some Japanese & she's still learning her 4 instruments, etc etc & she's 6 years old. It’s hard to to grasp that at times. Makes you think what we were doing at 6. You did much better on your reaction. (mic needs to be turned up) I think you should buy a (Blue Yeti Mic) for being a reactor etc. Camera quality, I think you already know. After you finish editing, you should do a final watch of what you did & listen to volume, film quality so you can make any finial changes, than post. Wow! I've always wanted to learn a second language but I can't imagine taking on three or four plus learning musical instruments? Definitely a prodigy! Hi WEbjorn, This vider was one of my very first! Before I updated my PC, Mic, Headphones etc. Plus I have learned a LOT since this one. But you have to start somewhere! lol. Welcome to the Lounge, so happy to have you stop in.
