The Nobel Peace Prize 2014 was awarded jointly to Kailash Satyarthi and Malala Yousafzai "for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education". Malala, at the age of 17 years, is the youngest winner of a Nobel Prize in any field. Angelina Jordan is known for supporting charities that support children and so she has performed at many charity events. Angelina, at the age of 8 years, is the youngest singer to win an “x-got-talent” show worldwide. So the occasion and her stage performance fit together perfectly. The annual Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony takes place on December 10th, the anniversary of Alfred Nobel's death - so Angelina (born Jan. 10th, 2006) was still 8yo at the time but turned 9 four weeks later. This is the outdoor event related to Save the Children's Nobel Peace Prize party, which took place the same day as the award ceremony (the official “adult” concert took place in a concert hall the next day). The audience consists of thousands of children from Oslo's schools and it took a while to gather them there. For this reason, and also to shorten the wait for the award winners, there was a warm-up stage program featuring many acts from Norway's Got Talent show, including a magician, some dance acts - one with judge Omer Bhatti and Angelia as a highlight. So she first performed on an empty stage and was briefly interviewed by the show's hosts (the guys in white with red hats). However, Angelina was the only act to perform in front of the award winners. The full live stream is still available on NRK's site. In the second performance, Angelina sang directly in front of Malala and Kailash, mid stage are the children who act as hosts (they briefly interviewed the award winners after Angelina's song). The guy on the far left of the stage is Fabian Stang , the mayor of Oslo at the time (the award ceremony takes place in his town hall - the red-brown building on the right behind the stage). Next to him the Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit, who accompanies her children Hereditary Princess Ingrid Alexandra and Prince Sverre Magnus - both children are similar in age to Angelina (two years resp. five weeks older). And whether it was cold is a matter of opinion. It was 42°F (= 5.6°C) cold that day (December 10th) and I remember days in mid-December when it was much colder. Nevertheless, the small heater in front of Angelina's bare feet was certainly useful.

Hey shark, thanks for the praise. I think there are some super good reactors who are very popular with the angels and get a lot of comments - more than they can read - which is why I usually don't add them there (although sometimes there are things that aren't 100% accurate, like that that I have a hard time keeping my fingers still so as not to kill the enthusiasm). And then there are reactors that receive lesser attention, although you get the feeling that they are really interested and are not just doing the whole thing because of the views that Angelina is known to generate. Then it's always a pleasure for me to contribute a few little things that they might not know yet and that could be useful for the "big picture" (I'm always surprised to learn one or two long-time fans didn't know certain things yet, which I assumed were common knowledge and not worth mentioning). That's the case here, Mustafa does reacting to Angelina videos for a long time now (this should be #29) and you always feel the joy coming from within when there's a new video that he can react to.
