This is nothing like the original. Angelina said she just wanted to see what she could do with this song, so she sat down at her keyboard & started to play/sing on the fly. When you hear the original you will realize the genius musicality this girl has. Her haunting version fits the lyrics much better than the original, Imo.

I love how Angelina has slowed down the tempo on this song. Unbelievable what a talent this little girl is at this very moment when she redid it. And her voice and feeling in it is absolutely incredible, never seen or heard anything like it.

I have seen her play several different instruments during practices, and when she was creating her song Oslo, I have only seen her play a guitar twice in performances. I think she likes to have her hands free, because she uses her hands for either purposes of emotion or a type of conducting herself. I have heard before from a voice teacher that using your hands while singing is very useful to the singer. I to love seeing her using her hands, like in 'Feeling Good".

I was going to say that it's a shame most reactors don't seem to even have heard the originals that AJ covers, which is too bad, but then you came to the realization that you probably needed to listen to the original of this song, which in itself is very good. Angelina does it much justice and makes her version her own. Same as she does with all her covers. Trust me you would want both versions on your playlist.

Anything by AJ is worth reacting to. I love her earlier stuff when she was singing big jazz songs at the age of around 7.

It is a beautifully written song for certain. Angelina never ceases to amaze me. Im curious if you're familiar with another long time reactor and vocal coach Beth Roars? I had never really heard her sing a full song until just recently when she did a cover of "Wicked Games". Its well worth giving a stisten to while also supporting another fellow reactor.

I had the great fortune to see Chris Issak in concert last summer here in Indy. His performance of this song was amazing. As you said, haunting. And Angelina does this wonderfully. Love AJ- BUT you must listen to Chris Issak’s version. He has a great catalog too. He even had a factionalized TV show with his band about being themselves- a working touring band.

The voice is good but i'm not a fan of this version. The original so far out of all the covers I have heard cannot be beat.
