They always impart life and hope to me no matter how sad or discoraged I could be for the long stormy season I've been facing for about seven years. Good is good. Lakewood Family knows very well how to communicate this eternal truth.

I hv seen the angels of God at work in my life. Through people,situations God saved me from unwanted situations,raised me up from poverty saved me from what was supposed to pull me down and keep me from my destiny. Only now I am realising how He has protected me and delivered me,strengthened me and upheld me. Praise be to God. I believe He will always have my back even when I dont realise it.

I played this for my mother while she was passing last week. After a lot of playing maranatha singers music first, I decided upon a Joel sermon and was lucky this was the one the week of her passing. May her soul enjoy itself living in eternal bliss with her maker. I am Forever blessed for having the chance to even have had such a beautiful mother who had made numerous sacrifices so that I may be able to live the life I am living now. Bless my mother! And all those that have passed before her that are greatly missed. May those that suffer in grief, find peace and relief knowing that angels are all around you…even if the one that gave birth to you here on this earth is not among the living any longer. May you find strength in knowing that life is eternal. And what matters most while here living yet on Earth is PEOPLE. I look forward to hearing from your angels, Mom! I’ll miss you forever and forever but I will focus on what matters most. And honor your wishes that I fulfill my greatest dreams.

Angels are coming to help me

I could never get through a book when I was young, always got distracted or went on cruise control and had to reread. Then one day before getting on a jet for vacation, I grabbed a book in the airport just because I liked the cover. The book was, Job: a Comedy of Justice by Robert A. Heinlein. Well I started reading on the 3 hour flight, read more later at my motel, and was finally zooming through the book each day on Miami beach. This author spoke to me. The same can be said for preachers, I tried local churches, watched some TV guys, I either went to sleep or didn't like their Accept God or Die, fear struck attitudes. Then 2 years ago I found myself in the hospital with Covid, everyone was scared, nurses, doctors patients, nobody knew what was coming. I spent 27 nights in that hospital with no visitors allowed, I never got any treatment after the first 2 days except oxygen. But somewhere about 2 weeks in, I woke up one day and started flipping the TV, not much was on as I landed on Joel Osteen just starting a sermon. Something made me keep watching, the main theme was, God Loves You and he has plans for you. No fear, no scare tactics, just good positive messages of Love as I tuned in every morning. I still enjoy his TV and podcasts often and I will say he has changed my life.

Today, I was feeling that I am not equipped for what God is putting on my shoulders. I am launching my third business in a space unfamiliar to me. A friend asked me to co-own a new company and be the majority owner and owner operator. For months I have been studying, researching, and preparing to launch. We are weeks away and I still felt so unprepared and not equipped at all.
