Never heard this song in a while. Now my tears are falling not because I'm sad, but because I'm thankful. This is one of the songs that saved me back when I was a little kid in the 90's. When depression is not a word I know but only a feeling.

Nearly 30 years ago, this song was hitting the waves. I was forced to leave my childhood home, friends, and everything I knew and loved. One last stop at Tower Records, picked up a free promo EP to the Blade soundtrack on my way out. This song was on it. I listened to this song everyday for close to 6 months to help my mental transition from what I knew, to where I was. I'll never forget what this song did for me, and what it means to me.

I bought this cd about 8 years ago for $2.00 at a pawn shop in Portland, Oregon. The only reason i bought it was because of the beautiful face on the cover, i was pleasantly surprised after i heard this amazing song. It is a wonderful song sang by a beautiful women.

yes the 90" were different then the 80" as the 00" are different ... but yes music from 90 untill 2003-4 was very innocent compared to the still heavy influenced rock metal 80" and the porno music from the 00' 10".... just immagine venga boys or aqua today or in the 80" .. it is going to be total system failture

The song was actually officially released in the UK by Epic Records, promo cds were sent to radio, 2 remixes (Trouser Enthusiast & Amen Remix) were sent to the clubs and even a two part physical maxi cd single was released specifically for the UK market. Also UK record stores had the European version of the album, which was released by Columbia Records, however Epic UK wanted a local release in 1999, they even had a new photoshoot for the artwork, and new logo for her branding! However the song peaked at 184 in the UK Singles Chart and they cancelled the album release. Very disappointing, considering it should have done well, my guess is that the label gave up too soon.
During our trip to Rome and the fantastic island of Ponza I heard this song, now that we are back home I listen to Anggun "Snow on the Sahara" which brings me back to the beautiful memories.
