After of course Anglia Television had had their rebrand from the old knight symbol before to that one of course too at the time? Whatever, they continued as an ITV company of course so too!

It can't be 1988 because Richard Crowest joined the Anglia continuity announcing team in August 1990. So, I believe it was from either 1994 or 1995. Please help me!
