When I lived in Miami this beautiful piece was sung periodically under the direction of David R. Thurman, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral...many years ago.
This chant is by Hubert Parry, the composer of "Jerusalem." It seems he didn't typically write psalms. This is the only one that seems to be in print, anyway.
