Well, he was arrogant even when he was talking about Manipur. People need to speak up, talk about their stories so that modi doesn't get another lying window. Opposition is not here to fuel but to force modi to take the right decisions, like they did in Lok Sabha and the result was seen in Rajya Sabha.
