As someone that lives in the usa, even if I had no idea this was a scam baiter speaking to a scammer, I would have immediately thought it was a scam because NO HEART SURGERY in the USA is 25k. One scammer it worked out having said he had 3 children, when he said how old they were, it turned out he had the eldest 3 years before he met his wife. They really will stoop so low and have no moral compass whatsoever. So glad when they meet Neld. I doubt it will make them stop, but they will be sooo paranoid with the next elderly person.
