@@ditokelio7860 no but it's different cause the dishwasher is letting off heat therefore drying the dishes. Now if the draining board was heated then yes it would be drying the dishes

@@justsayin2548 when you was a dish in the sink, do you not use hot water? The hot water on the plate evaporates if you leave it on the draining board. You don't have to dry it. People choose to, otherwise it will leave water marks. The dishwasher doesn't leave marks because of the chemicals in the cleaning liquid. The way it dries is the same, you are supposed to open the dishwasher when it finishes to let the hot plates dry themselves, the dishwasher doesn't dry them.
