It’s all a skit and usually if it’s a small amount and officers find it and you admit to it then if it’s a great cop he’ll just take it into evidence and you won’t be arrested

I did some research and I found some quotes from a Judge with 30 years of experience that said as long as you had no intentions of selling or distributing the drugs you won’t face any penalties from the court or the police. If your only intentions were to use them there is minimal reason for them to arrest you, if someone decides to steal the drugs which is with no doubt a felony and the person who stole is in the wrong.. It seems like his only use for that crack was to have some fun in that park but her use was to frame a kid with them by stealing them which is a much much much more serious crime than just using them for your own sake. That cop had little right to take both of them in. The man didn’t try to frame the kid and he didn’t try to steal the drugs from anyone.

Because she stole them from him which is a crime if you steal illegal narcotics but he would have bought them from a store so why would he get arrested if they are being sold
She called 911 made a false claim. Stole the drugs, planted the drugs on the minor, and lied to get him in trouble. The officer was probably looking at the initial call and the fact the drugs were an individuals who was nor selling
I find it interesting that it was the drug dealer who saved the day - I like how the roles were reversed - the "respectable" person in this society's eyes was actually the guilty one

I had a Sister who was Quite entitled herself When I was 13 I was doing yardwork and Wearing Gloves a younger Sister had, Later that day (Or that Night I am not blood related to anybody except my Older Sister). Mom and Dad (not blood related) asked me if I knew where Younger Sisters gloves were Older Sister said u had them earlier) So they Said Ok tell us where u put them and we'll leave u alone, I even shown them were I saw them last They werent there So The Parents sent me to bed and Older Sister to the Corner (its where they put kids when a lie is told ) They said they will apologize to the innocent kid and the Guilty Kid gets double punishment. Sometime in the middle of the night I get woken up and I came into the Kitchen and Older Sister Confessed to stealing the gloves then framed me to take the fall.The Parents said U wanna be mad at us thats fine U wanna be mad at Older Sister thats fine to I know go to bed Older Sister will be punished. Fast Forward to a year later I was told I had to earn money for presents for everybody since I was 14 So I asked a neighbor if she had something that needed done She told me how much will cost to do my Driveway and Sidewalk? We agreed to a price and I got to work I included Older Sister though all she pretty much did was yap alot.when I was Done I let the lady paid me and I left I only Charged a Dollar because it was close to Christmas, However Older Sister told me to buy the present and card And she wants her name above mine on the label.I bought the present then Sometime later Older Sister demanded I give her the dollar because she was older and I had to do what she said because she was older so I have to do what she said.I never gave her the Dollar I guess she felt she was more important And Was like BE GLAD THAT I WILL GIVE U A QUARTER FOR THE DOLLAR. I didnt do it though She was such a brat back then

Yeah, he admitted that they were his and got away. I thought the cop was going to arrest him as well when he said the Karen stole them from him and plant them on the kid.
Morale of the Story: if you have drugs and a Karen steals it. If you catch her plant it on a minor, report her immediately. The LEO will most likely not arrest you. If they do, just find someone to make a go-fund-me. And when you get a jury trial. Make sure there is no Karens on the panel lol
